I've been busy with Yokozuno talking things through. Since we've been kids, I've looked out for him. He was a precocious youngster that was 12 or 13 years my junior but he filled the position of my Ace-Deuce as no one else could. He had it made.

I think it was Micro who made a post and used the terms "Target Letter" and referred to a source as being the "Target" of an investigation. We also discussed what the difference between a Target Letter and a Subject Letter. I won't go over and explain those differences unless needed(can be found in my previous posts).

The feds went to talk things over with D sometime between the months of August and November. He wasn't raided or arrested. Remembering that he was busted back in 2011 for being part of a aas distribution ring. D told me a month and a couple of weeks ago that he felt his remailer was responsible for setting him up to be looked at by the feds. They were trying to tie him to Dynasty. Now, not everyone knows me and I could very well be making this up. Within 30 minutes of receiving the msg from D I was copy and pasting the msg and getting it to staff here...specifically, myo and navy. They can confirm what I'm telling you here.

D felt he could exhale and that he had weathered the storm. Little did he know the feds took the info they had gathered in the couple of months(sometime between august and november) and presented it to the US District Attorney who was compelled to convene a grand jury to present what they had learned in that short time. That info combined with his past and the facts backed up with statistics about criminals and recidivism rates. It all factors into whether or not the grand jury believes there is enough evidence to indict the target. Even if the grand jury decided that there wasn't enough evidence at the time the US Attorney can still decide, on his own, to indict an individual. The grand jury is used as a guide.

My point in all this was that d hadn't been under investigation the last 2 or 3 years like we saw with Brinkmann and Onyx. Those were long running investigations that culminated in charges that included Money Laundering with large running totals in the 1.5 to 3 million dollar ranges. Dollar amounts such as those I mentioned will bring the length of incarceration starting at 10yrs for the leaders of those conspiracies as well as judgement's of restitution to be made in the amounts the IRS accountants decide as a total. The million to 3 million dollar amounts weren't pulled out of thin air. Those accountants had been part of the investigations from the early stages. The numbers are tallied up when the indictment is handed down and arrest warrants served.

We see none of that with d...if they had it we would've read about it. It would be in the Discovery that was made public when it was given to D's Federal Defender. Instead, we read about 2 packages that were sent from Nevada to Maryland and about introducing the contents of those packages into interstate commerce. The contents were mislabeled or misbranded(or both) and that was the extent of it.

The feds will perhaps take any stories D would tell them and look into it...maybe. Perhaps the poor sap in Maryland who accepted the 2 packs could be talked up to be a kingpin by D to try and get more charges brought against that person and others.

But for D to go back 6 months ago before he was under investigation would be cutting his nose off to spite his face. He'd do himself more harm then good.

I hope I've gotten across what I intended to...if I made sense...even if its just a bit of sense...than I'm happy. Due diligence but rest easy is my advice to you all. Its the advice I'm following myself.

If he had $108,000(or any amount in the vicinity) the seized order would've been an open handed slap and not the knock out punch that had him reeling.

I had been in discussion with d back then and he had seemed open to replacements for a few of our members.

I honestly didn't believe him when he told me he had interaction with the feds. I did the math in my head and a stretch in an inpatient rehab seemed more likely to me. He was out of control and it didn't take long before it showed with issues from late deliveries to under-dosed products that may or may not have been a result of his re-mailer. My intention here was to let guys who were htl clients know that its my belief that, though they should take precautions, they will be fine. The charges stem from previous activities. I got a little carried away but hope that I've come full circle and gotten across what I hoped to say to members.

I only thought domestic stuff got seized if it was damaged or leaking.

The report made it sound like something has changed with the process.

This is a decent read. "Domestic seizures" are addressed in the article. Postal employees working the counter are on the front lines and often are responsible for starting the process of a domestic seizure.

Employees are trained what to look for. A customer who seems extremely nervous. A person who calls with questions about delivery times. Often times a person shipping illegal drugs will wait til its almost closing time to drop off the pkg. The employee is trained to sniff out possible masking agents such as dryer sheets.

There is a whole list that also includes the 'ol fictitious return addy w/fake name and the address shipping to being an abandoned building or a large apt building with no apt #. It's a good read for guys that are new to shipping and or receiving pkg's.

Every once in a while this subject comes up. The only reason I use bac water with my Serostim is because EMD Serono, in their infinite wisdom, made the decision for their product and customers so I'm compelled to follow the other sheep.

Serostim is manufactured in 4mg, 5mg, and 6mg kits. The 5mg and 6mg kits come with sterile water for their single use vials to mix with. They instruct that any unused serostim be chucked.

For the record I didn’t get any of that out of TMM statement. I took it as he was here to be fair & because he has a passion for bodybuilding. I haven’t seen him make any statements that would make me think he is full of himself. Just my opinion.

If you see my first post in this thread you can see I'm a satisfied customer of his. I'm glad he responded to my second post. I've seen sources over the years say they aren't sourcing for the money and claim that's exactly what they mean.

The other things that gets me is when sources claim they're selling drugs because their kids need money for some ailment or to pay for something they wouldn't otherwise be able to afford. It will be in an autoreply every time they are emailed or they'll give updates in posts.

Imo, it's tacky, and it would put a lot of stress on the kid should that source get cracked. The kid is gonna read that his dad is locked up and its because he was trying to make money for him.

Most of the time testifying isn't necessary. The amount of time they stand to serve should they not sign and lay down is insane. They tell the ratted on that they have someone who will swear that they did whatever it is. They will lose if they take to the box.

I read guys talking about fed time is easy time. FPC...fed prison camps are, yes. Every other security level is absolutely horrible. The low security spots are full of sex offenders/chomos. Terminal Island is 60% sex offenders...20% rats...and 20% regular inmates doing their time. The atmosphere is the strangest i've ever felt.

The first 2 weeks i was there sucked. I felt as if guys didn't trust me. They couldn't. at first. The feds are so full of rats. The entire system is a breeding ground for informants. It's designed that way. The BOP doesn't allow inmates to carry their pre sentencing investigation paperwork or their J&C(judgement and commitment). These describe how the rats helped the feds. It lists separatees...inmates that the rats can't be housed with because they would possibly be in physical danger if they were. We have to have these documents sent in with other mail...hide a few pages at a time in with other papers. Once all the pages have made it in you take them to your people who read the documents. The day I was able to show my paperwork was the best day I could remember having in 7 months. The 7 months before I was in transit after being sentenced for a probation violation.

I had to have my son send my paperwork from my original case in 2008 as well as my docket minutes for the probation violation. I could breath easy and know I was trusted. I was able to sit in the white/southsider tv room and watch television. Without paperwork you dont sit in that room and don't watch tv. Its a crazy world where the sex offenders outnumber everyone else and walk the yard like they didn't try and lure that child in an attempt to satisfy some disgusting urge.

The following is what tabmans sentencing judge had to say..."Smith(sentencing judge) admitted that the sentencing was unusual but said he felt it covered all of what was presented to him by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Rhode Island and Speck's defense attorney, Michael Lepizerra."

Right. He was convicted of money laundering, distributing steroids, and dealing in misbranded drugs or whatever the hell its calles. Ask tabman for his Pre-Sentencing Investigation(PSI). 3 years probation. The sentencing guidelines were departed from because he has aided in the prosecution of others or he will be doing so in the near future. Not because he did everything he was supposed to do after he found out the dea had executed a search warrant. Its easy to get righteous then. He's a piece of shit rat. Period.

I think he's out. I randomly looked up his instagram a few months ago & he had a couple recent pictures (about a week old tops when I looked) & one of them was him in a McLaren or some other expensive car.

I seriously doubt he's on the street. I know time flies when I'm having fun but unfortunately it can't go that fast. I didn't follow along with his court proceedings. The feds are pretty deliberate in how things go. Once he decided to sign a plea agreement, which is pretty straight forward as long as there aren't any shenanigans, he would've had a meeting with US Probation.

The meeting, either in person or via something akin to face time and SKYPE, is a meeting to scour your past indiscretions and is attended by his attorney and a probation officer. S would've signed documents allowing the gov't access to all school records, psychiatric history, court/arrest records, and anything else that may aid in warehousing him for as long as possible.

This is when his criminal history will be determined. Any and all misdemeanor and felony convictions during the past 15 years will be used to come up with a number that will have him landing somewhere between Category 0 and 6. The higher the # the longer his prison term will be.

This process will be summed up in a stack of paperwork which is called the PSI...or Pre-Sentencing Investigation. In this document you will find a story of sorts. Once US Probation determines what his Criminal Category he is S, through his attorney can argue for a lesser category if they feel something in his history is incorrect.

Misdemeanor convictions count as 1 point. A felony is 2 points. A felony with jail time serves is 3 points. A felony conviction while on probation will count as 4.

I was looking over the Onyx case and the sentences handed out there. Ol Musclehead was determined to be a criminal category 6. Not only that, US Probation through their infinite wisdom, determined he qualified for the "Career Criminal" statute that adds either 2 or 4 points on to the total of points to determine his criminal category. He had prior convictions for cocaine distribution, assault on a police officer and several other gems that ended up giving him and 11 yr 3 month sentence if memory serves me right? His partner in crime had a couple of other issues that found his sentence a bit more stiff at between 13 and 15 years.

The PSI, if there isn't anything slowing the case down happens around the 6th or 7th month after being picked up. Takes a couple of months to figure that mess out. With no issues to slow things down S could expect to be sentenced after about a year. Not sure what he was looking at but he couldn't be done with things yet. Wish he was...but it ain't happening. He'll have himself a nice X-Mas basket courtesy of the US Gov't. I was handed mine after landing in the SHU from an incident stemming from a jaycat turning the television program I happened to be lost in. I learned that the TV is a source of much nonsense. The holidays are stressful wherever you happen to be when they roll around.

Hmmm...just wanna make sure we're on the same page and talking about the correct compound. Masteron is a brand name of drostanolone propionate. We get used to seeing sources advertise masteron Enanthate but if we're being accurate with descriptions there isn't and masteron Enanthate in existence. We'd be talking about drostanolone enanthate. Sorry to be a petty prick but there's a big difference between the E and P esters in regards to drostanolone.

Many drugs, testosterone being one of them I think its fair to say that test is test. Some hold more water on the E or C ester as opposed to the Prop ester. Then I've known guys who say when they've used suspension as their base test that they hold the most water.

Its probably more dose and diet related when we talk about water.

With Drostanolone guys that I respect as far as their experience with different drugs go say that the ester attached to drostanolone makes them completely different drugs in the way they respond.

Drost P/masteron was around decades before ugl's decided to attach the enanthate ester to it. That being said if you are doing research and reading up on things make sure you know what year the findings were published because mast E most likely has only been around for the masses to purchase since 2002-2004 when ugl's started popping up in droves.
