Does anyone have a good understanding of left ventricular hypertrophy as it relates to training and aas? How concerned should us fellas be about that becoming an issue? If there are any MD's / cardiologists on the board hit me with the facts !
Appreciate it in advance

Stan Efferding appetite tips
For appetite, Reduce carrots. Eliminate spinach. Don’t take Melanotan. Don’t take orals (Dbol, anadrol). Use dextrose with the rice. Reduce protein to .8g/lb.
Here’s some more tips for appetite.

Quads and Delts mainly

Many variables. You also need to figure out how hard you can train without impeding recovery. Recovery is huge for a natty lifter. If yr going balls to the wall every time u will have to drop the intensity for a week every so often.

5'9" 210..26 yrs old

I honestly have no idea. I just noticed that's how it works for me. So I run my test at about trt doses while on tren. Also, tren e seems to give me the sweats worse then acetate. weird huh? Congrats on Sparty smelling the roses!

I soak the fucking bed sheets if I'm on too much tren to the point that it's disgusting if I wake up in the middle of the night. Lower doses I don't get night sweats. And low dose test also negates most of the night sweats for me. When I ran test higher than tren my bedroom would smell like a high school football locker room. awesome!

is this over yet? close the poll and lets move on!

Good stuff. I've been reading a lot lately that many pro powerlifters aren't doing too many rack pulls anymore and are doing block pulls instead. Has to do with how the bar flexes. But deficit deads are a great exercise as wells pulling against bands and chains here and there. I love deadlifts!

who still dead lifts?
in short;
any one who wants to be big
As well as strong. If you're not deadlifting you're only holding yourself back

I'm going to be honest I used to do PCT now I don't do it. I just come off. My dick still works, I keep most of my gains as long as I still train and eat with a purpose. The only thing I've really noticed is a reduced libido, I'm not craving sex 24/7 like I am when I'm on. Blood levels all return to normal and things are going fine so far. When I'm ready I hop back on again and I tend to do long cycles as for myself it allows me to get better quality gains over a long period of time versus 8 weeks etc. I may be the fountain of youth or the fountain of stupidity but either way its been working fine for me and my body. If you do decide to "cruise" stick to 200mg of test per week nothing crazy. And i also hardly suffer from any of the ill side effects that people report on here from any drug. The only one that gets me is tren night sweats other than that I hardly get sides. I'm 26....
I should add I only use modest doses of everything as I'm always a fan of less is more. This could also be why I don't get much for sides

Guys, obviously he is looking for a compound with strong diuretic properties..u know that dry look!

Fat Gripz are a nice tool. Extreme Fat Gripz are also nice, I would recommend both because they both can have there place in training
-
I'd bump eq to 600 and extend its duration if possible. I'm a fan of long cycles and moderate doses.

I feel you MEGA, nothing like throwing money away

There are deff some good looking ones...but take it with a grain of salt. depends what you're looking for.

I would also suggest incline db curls. you can try it with a slower tempo as well, 3 seconds on the way up 6 seconds on way down, that destroys my biceps, but I would also rotate other bicep exercises as well.

dosages/diet/training need to be correct. I hope your income is correct too lol primo and var are costly

Appreciate the insight guys. Testing seems a good idea even if it is a bit of a hit to the wallet at least you will know where you stand and if you are at risk
