  2. Haha get this..i've been roofing for the past four months but ill be back to school. I eat not many cals at all right now and i got real cut. So im plannin on goin to 3500 cals if i can even stomach it haha. Protein and carbs im goin high with more carbs earlier in the day and moderate healthy fats. I know how to eat cuz I always get real good gains on cycle. I think i'll drop the deca and maybe run test a little bit longer. I've never used var or tren before so I should be good to go with just those. This will be like my 6th cycle. And of course I know food makes or breaks you as I've seen far too many do all the right things except eat right.

    If your source cant see that his pack never made it to your door step, then he is just a lair. You shouldn't need a seizure letter to show it never made it to you, that's what the DC# is for.

    Titan is right about this. You will get a resend. And no worries about the seizure letter, i've got one myself before and everything turned out fine. Just don't respond to it and try to claim the products as yours!

  5. Those bundles get to be a pain in the ass! I should clarify i'm not trying to get super cut, just more cut than I am. im around 13% right now would like to get that to 9-10%.

  6. I know the test will blow me up, but the doing the labor work I sweat a ton. I've been on same level of test before and it didn't bloat me that bad. That basically equates to my cardio.

     

    Brodel, I was considering doing the var the last 8 weeks. You may have just talked me into it.

    nolva at the end.

     

    I'm lookin to gain strength while getting a little more cut. Ill take what I can get with lean mass gains. Here's the thing, the first four weeks I will be lifitng regularly. The rest of the cycle I will be working as a laborer for roofing. I've done it before and it gets me in good shape and I kno I will get cut but I wont be lifting quite as much. Still in all I think I'm going to get the results I want out of this cycle. Let me here what ya think

  8. its pretty gay that the whole world think juice is the evil of all evils, these tv documentaries aren't helping very much except for the "Where's All the Bodies" one. How bout u send me a lot of juice and ill be so big you can call me bodies hahaha in ya face.

  9. Congradulation bro 455 in your first meet is a great accomplishment. If you want in preperation for your next meet try doing pause reps in your traning. When you do flat or incline bring the weight down slow and hold it on you chest for 2-3 seconds then drive it up as hard as you possibly can. Try this in your workout but do it without a shirt. This will help you get that starting drive in the comp. Also use the shirt as much as you can in you traning before the meet to get more used to it so you can dominate it. Good luck in the meet bro I hope that these tips help you.

  10. I hear ya bro, baseball shoulda handle it on it's own. I don't care how you look at it though, it's still cheating. I have mad props for the old timers like the Hank Arrons and Babe Ruths, hell the most lifting those guys did were 12oz curls and they still put up huge numbers.

     

    I bet Ruth supplemented with many a A-bombs. He was always a big bag of bloat.
