  1. I haven't heard anything but good stuff which is why I went with him. Responded to all emails in a few hours until funds were picked up, then nothing for a few days now. Hoping it works out.

Update: Heard back today, all is good.

  2. Would be nice to see things a little more active. Deleting sub forums that have been dead for longer than 2 years would be a great start and would funnel more attention to a smaller number of sub forums. Could probably merge some of them too. Really don't need more than 5 or 6 sub forums and along with the supplier section.

  3. I've had issues with my right hip that sounds similar. I would check not only the flexibility, but your ability to move your legs in line with your hips while keeping your core braced. Here is an exercise I've used for that, just make sure that you keep your lower back in contact with the ground as you lower your legs:

I would also do resisted leg lowering. Same starting position as the video above, but have a long loop band attached to a rack or door anchor behind your head (about 4 feet high), then put one leg through and try to pull that leg down toward the floor while keeping the other leg up. Be sure to keep lower back pressed into the floor.

To check your adductors, again start on the floor in same position. Start with legs straight up and place a medicine ball between your knees (just above knees on vastus medialis). Now try to do leg lowering while keeping the ball squeezed into place. Again, keep lower back pressed into floor.

Those moves helped me quite a bit, hopefully you will find them useful.

  4. Mine is closed, probably for several weeks, possibly months depending on a lot of unknown circumstances.

Lucky for me I got bored last summer & built a jungle gym like set up on my apartment patio. Has a horizontal ladder, rock climbing holds, tons of attachment points for bands, etc. Also have a 300 lb oly set, dumbbells up to 50, a few kettlebells and med balls.

Looks like I'll be using it all more than I ever expected to with no gym access.

  5. I would like to give my experience with CAXXIS. I have dealt with many over the years (I still remember my first cycle. Test Cyp from Black Label and "Paper Bol'' from Ready Cat. It's like remembering the first girl you were with. lol) Anyways. I have used many over the years and I can say CAXXIS is top-notch. About two years ago I decided to go on TRT and got a prescription for test from a clinic and I can honestly say CAXXIS Test is like using Test from an American Pharmacy. Just much, much cheaper from CAXXIS. I could no longer afford the prescription. Sorry for the long post. I just wanted to share my experience. Thanks!

Lol, my first cycle was Quality Vet Test E with EQ and paperbol from Ready Cat. So long ago, but yeah, its like the first chic you nail. Good, bad, or in between, you always remember it!

  6. Funny thing is I have a pit bull mix and a border collie mix. I have no concerns with letting kids and adults walk right up and pet the pit bull without hesitation. The border collie mix is the one I ALWAYS have to watch. The pit bull will lay down and let people she's never met pet her belly, the border collie will bark a few times to give people time to back off if they keep coming I have to step in front of her and shorten her leash to a few inches because she will bite idiots who think petting a dog that is barking at them is an okay idea.

Another thing on pit bulls, the American Temperment Testing Society has tested A LOT of pit bulls and related breeds. All of them score near 85% which is better than a lot of dogs and the same as golden retrievers.

If some piece of shit wants a killer dog to feel like they are tough, they are going to get a pit bull, rottweiler, etc., they aren't going to get a golden retriever, which is why we don't have golden retreivers listed as aggressive breeds, because aggressive people haven't trained them to be aggressive like they have pit bulls. Thats why people think pit bulls have aggressiveness built in.

And of course, everyone who has their dog bite someone says they've never hurt anyone or showed any aggression because they are lying now that a lawsuit is staring them in the face. Playing dumb is their only hope in court.

  7. I have rented many apartments with an American bulldog and now a pit bull mix. We tell them we have a mixed breed dog. If they want to see the pet or seem real serious about knowing what breeds are mixed, we move on to the next property and look.

If you are a quiet, responsible tenant, the only real fear left is ending up with shitty neighbors that complain directly to the corporate property management group. Never had that happen, but maintenance and front office staff see me walking my dogs regularly and always make nice comments about my pit mix.

  8. Tren e, npp, and tbol work wonders for me.

Dbol Winny and drol kill me on sides after 2-3 weeks, but I still throw lower dose drol and Dbol into cycles from time to time.

with test, suspension is like gyno in a bottle for me so I don't touch it anymore. Never felt the rush everyone else seems to get anyway so I see no benefit worth the sides to me. Cyp and Sust are my go to test choices.

  9. Whether good or bad, all adaptations to training or lack of training is temporary. Whether I've been making progress, stuck, or losing progress, training is the answer to the question: what do i need to do now? It's knowing that the answer is the same regardless of where I'm at that motivates me to keep going.

  10. I used to sport a confederate flag tag on the front of my 1979 Ford F150 and wear shirts with it when I was younger.

Eventually I realized the flag is nothing more than a symbol of a bunch of loser traitors that actually tried to rip this nation apart into many small pieces. I guess some people are still convinced that the flag of the loser traitors belongs at state capitals to remind us the state was run by traitors to the United States.

I don't give 2 shits about whether or not it stays on TV. TV Land is a private company and this was a business decision based on money. They had enough sponsors complain, that's all it takes.

  11. I'm curious, do you think a child would burst into tears, start to shake & be physically upset over jealousy? It doesn't add up to us. We texted & called her up until bedtime to comfort her & make sure the POS left. I'm upset about it, I love that little girl to death (tearing up over it now ).

You are doing the right thing right now. Until you have hard evidence, I wouldn't rule out that she could cry and shake from jelousy. The guy may just be a real pain in the ass and she thought he was gone and was torn up to see he was back. I would still watch closely though as you may be on the right track about physical abuse either happening or being very close to happening. Its hard to know how people react when emotions are overwhelming. Just don't do anything that would put you in a bad situation with custody. If you have your own proof of abuse and can't prove it to law enforcement, I would be sure anything that happens to the jackass can't be traced back to you in any way.

  12. For me, npp is like tren but not as strong mg for mg. I ran npp with test and mast prop and was dry and lean. Deca bloats me like a dead fish, wouldn't touch it again after running npp. Also, npp worked great running it Mon, Wed, Fri, so it's a nice alternative to ed tren ace injects for a summer cutter and no tren cough.

  13. Scale and degree matter.

Yes, scale and degree do matter. And republicans have fucked us just as hard and frequently as democrats.

An utter fallacy. Or, rather, a collection of utter fallacies. If war were to ever break out, a large segment of the armed forced would join with "Joe Redneck" as you disparagingly put it (You're not a native Texan, are you?). Additionally, there is and will be a healthy black market for banned items and people self-manufacturing things. So, no, it doesn't matter, but I'd rather not get caught with my thumb up my ass and have to wait for what I need, nor should I be placed in a situation where in order to exercise my human rights, I have to risk going to jail. You know, just like AAS use.

You missed the point. The 2nd Ammendment has turned into nothing more than a marketing campaign for the NRA and manufacturers of guns wanting to sell as many guns as possible. The second ammendment does not include the word guns, ammunition, automatics, hand grenades, cruise missiles, etc. I really have no interest in banning whatever this ammunition is. Or guns in general. Was just pointing out nobody follows the constitution. They simply follow whatever interpretation of it is convenient for them and their personal desires in life. If people really believe in supporting the second ammendment, citizens should have access to ALL of the same weaponry as the military. While there may be a handful of total fucking lunatics who think that sounds great, 99.999% of Americans would draw the line somewhere short of nuclear weapons and that line would vary widely from one person to another if pinned down for a specific answer one where the line is for right to bear arms.

Obama isn't doing anything worse than Bush, Clinton, Reagan (well, its hard to do worse than selling weapons to an enemy nation). Obama is just continuing the American tradition of 2 party smoke and mirrors.

And no, I'm not a native Texan and don't give a damn who is or isn't a native Texan. I don't even live in Texas anymore and if I didn't have family there would probably never go back again except to hike Big Bend.

  14. Do you live on a cattle ranch in Montana? Let me take you on a tour of some neighborhoods, all white and all black. Both sides of the economic spectrum. Rich and poor. Then, make a decision and maybe an opinion. You'll find that poor whites, or "white trash" are FAR more diligent about their surroundings AND humanity/self respect for that matter.

You need to take a tour of backwoods Mississippi my friend. I've seen so many white trash shacks that made government housing projects look like a Hilton. Don't even get me started on east Tennessee hillbillies.

  15. It's because you're a fucking idiot and you don't police your own.

WTF is that even supposed to mean? The only people who are supposed to police are the police. Do you really think people are supposed to just go out and fix the rest of their race? When was the last time you went to the trailer park to police your own and fix the white race?

  16. Now any citizen of this country can be detained indefinately without due process. WTF is that?

Its called the Patriot Act. Republicans rammed it through along with plenty of cooperative Democrats right after 9/11. Obama isn't doing anything in office that Republicans haven't already done. And Democrats whined when Republicans did it just like Republicans are now whining when a Dem is doing it. But of course, its different this time, just like every time before.

  17. and a lot them are right, too. in the interest of saving money/resources - that can be used to educate others that are ready, willing and able - i am with them and wish them well and good riddance.

Well you can be a dick if you want, but a lot of these people are good people who suck it up and put on the happy face and do a lot of good to other people. Then something goes haywire in their brain chemistry (measurable major imbalances in neurotransmitters, erratic brainwave patterns during sleep, etc.) When people truly care about helping them , they don't tell them just get over it because that's as fucking uneducated and stupid as telling a diabetic that's going into hyperglycemia shock to quit feeling sorry for themselves and get up and try harder. Most people that go through severe depression and have people care enough to get them real help end up recovering and being highly productive and good members of society.

I think the big problem is the average advice giver saying try harder usually mistakes their personal experiences with the blues as being the same thing as clinical depression. It's about as close to being the same thing as getting sleepy after a high carb meal is to being diabetic. Mild symptom correlations, totally different biochemical problems in the body.

  18. There is NOTHING cowardly about suicide. It is a mental disorder of the worst kind to ignore every hard wired instinct we have built in to us to avoid death and instead feel so much pain that suicide seems like a better choice than living. In the clouded mind of suicidal people, they often think they are doing others a favor by offing themselves. They feel like such a burden to others that they feel any immediate pain and grief their suicide would cause would be less painful than being a burden for their whole life. They literally cannot see through their current situation and imagine a better future.

It's certainly not cowardly, it's a malfunction in the brain chemicals that is just as real as diabetes.
