  1. Bernie Sanders has on, several occasions, admitted he is a SOCIALIST. He freely admits, is not embarrassed at all to admit he is a SOCIALIST. Yes, we know how fucked up Obama is and he claims over and over again he is not a socialist (look at how badly his socialistic policies have fucked up this economy the 5 years and 10 months he has been in office) yet even my garndma (and she is dead) knows Obama is a socialist.

Bernie Sanders would just destroy this country if he was elected and he is actually far left of Obama if you follow him closely as I do.

I am shocked you would even consider voting for Bernie Sanders mrexplosive. Rand Paul would be a far far far superior choice to Bernie Sanders.

He never had to "admit" anything. He never tried to hide it. Whether I agree or disagree with his views I feel better knowing he is up front with his ideas. While I did support Ron Paul for the same reason, extreme libertarianism isn't any better than socialism. People really want to just trust greedy corporations to do the right thing with no oversight and the free market fairies will fix everything?

That's just as delusional as thinking government can fix everything. The underlying problem in both situations is greed and last for power. It can be obtained through big government or corporatism. I don't trust the government or free markets to solve things. It takes a mix of both and more importantly weeding out the dishonest people in positions of power. Bernie Sanders wouldn't hurt this country any more than the corporate owned sock puppets like the Clintons, Bushes, Romney, Obama , etc candidates we have.

  2. Some will say I'm crazy for this but I don't give a fuck. I voted for Ron Paul and I could just as easily vote for Bernie Sanders. Why? Watch them when they speak. Listen to their answers. They speak the truth as they see it, whether I agree or disagree. Most candidates wiggle like maggots in a shit pile when asked tough questions. Why? Because their head is about to explode trying to figure out a way to lie and say what they think people want to hear. I'd rather have a Ron Paul or Bernie Sanders presidency where at least I know they are speaking their mind whether I like it or not than to have one of these sock puppets like Hillary, another Bush, or one of the other names being floated.

Rand Paul seems pretty decent, but he sure does wiggle a lot more on some things, I don't trust his honesty as much as his father's.

  3. I don't see it as a bad idea at all. That being said, if keeping the ego held back isn't a problem, I'd do weights and cardio. Keep it simple, do a 2 set circuit with light weight and 10-15 reps. Example: squats, push ups, rows, stiff leg deads, side raises, curls triceps presses. You can do all of those with dumbbells without moving from machine to machine.

After any layoffs on heavy lifts for me, I start back up with high frequency, low weight, sets and reps. I'll do 3 sets of 8 with 135 on Deadlifts Mon, Wed, and Fri the first week, then ramp up the next 2 weeks to 185x6 and 225x5. By the 4th week I drop the Wed workout and go heavy Mon and light on Fri.

There are plenty of healthy ways to ramp up if you don't mind people seeing you with light weight.

  4. Besides all the good advice already given, I would say when the time is right, gently start making conversations about his real hopes for the future. What is it he really wants to do with his life. He may not have any clue if he's been buried alive by addiction, but just gently working that topic into conversation will get his subconscious gears turning on something besides his addiction. There is no single human emotion more powerful for fighting our inner demons than genuine hope for a better tomorrow and hope for those connections and friendships with people that really help us on the right path in life.

I did my battles with coke and meth and have been free almost a whole decade now. Those people that brought real hope back into the picture were the ones that turned me around for good. When your at rock bottom, having people that believe in the real you is absolutely priceless.

  5. I've used deca once and hated it. Bloated me with water gains and generally felt like the gains weren't worth looking smooth and feeling like a water ballon.

I'm on my second run with NPP and like it a lot better. Good on my joints and nice lean gains without the water gains of deca. Injects are painless, so 100mg eod is no problem.

  6. Just got a bottle of each. Pinned 1.5ml today of the npp earlier today. Zero pip, very smooth. Will be running 300mg per week, last time I ran npp I could feel strength climbing by the end of the second week so I'll post up as soon as I feel it. Saving the mast until I get back from an out of town trip in 3 weeks, so can't offer any feedback on that for a while.

  7. Fucking crazy. I'm no fan of the harsh laws, but fuck some people just ask for trouble. The article says investigators observed them selling gear in the parking lot of Golds Gym, Chic Filet, the mall, and Main Event . The laws are ridiculously harsh, baffling why people are so careless and stupid.

  8. How much time are you spending working out? Calories are obviously part of the equation, and calories going in are just half of that equation. If you are truly eating high calories and gaining nothing, maybe you are burning too many in the gym. I've broken plateaus by cutting back my time in the gym but lifting heavier weights and not wasting much time on isolation exercises. I was stuck at 240 for almost 3 years and tried everything except cutting back on gym time. Once I finally tried it, I hit 250 within 3 or 4 months. Training more isn't always training harder or better. Sometimes you need to cut back on volume and up the intensity and keep it focused on the big lifts.

As for adding calories, if you don't gain fat easy, have a 16 ounce glass of fruit juice with 10g of bcaa's mixed in 3 times a day. That's an easy 500 calorie boost.

  9. The risk is just too high. I'm facing the same dilemma soon. I'm running short esters, decided I would just inject 500mg of cyp right before I leave for the airport and ride that out for the time I'm gone and resume when I get back. I'll be gone less than 10 days, so my test levels shouldn't drop below the very high normal range worst case scenario.

  10. I've got some prami on order right now but have never used it before. Honestly don't even think it is necessary with tren unless run at moderate to high dosages. I'm running tren at 25mg ed, so I don't think I'll need it. But I'll have it just in case. Mainly ordered it because I want to do another run of NPP at some point. Ran it at 450mg and got the nipple lump and tenderness. Discontinued and ran letro for a week and it was gone, but the letro just wipes me out physically and mentally, just zero energy, so I won't run the NPP again until I have some prami on hand. Even then, I'm going to try the NPP at 300mg per week as I would rather take take a lower dose and avoid sides or a need for other meds to offset sides.

  11. People with true depression frequently abuse drugs and alcohol BECAUSE they have true depression, anything to try and dull the pain when nothing else works. There are cases of people juicing and working out who end up killing themselves. Its not the juice. Its serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine and other neurotransmitters in the brain that don't work properly for A LOT of different reasons.

I hope people realize that around 20 US veterans kill themselves every single day in the United States. Must be the drugs? Must be the alcohol? Must be they are weak willed? Cowards? Absolutely not. Depression, PTSD, bipolar, schizophrenia, all disorders in the brain with measurable problems in the chemicals that motivate, energize, give hope, etc. I've never understood why so many people armchair diagnose the lives of people with depression, its really hard for me to understand why people feel qualified to do such.

  12. Well since hell is made up religious fantasy, I don't think he was trying to find out about eternity.

I've seen a lot of people treating this story with scorn, calling him a coward, etc. Depression isn't a weak mind or willpower. Its a physical disease. It can be viewed in brain scans, sleep brainwave studies, etc. Going off on someone with depression for committing suicide is about as stupid and ill informed as going off on someone with Alzheimer's for forgetting something.

  13. Test prop, tren ace and mast prop at 50mg each eod w/ 20mg dbol ed. Will make you feel like you can pick up a car and throw it! Also, doses are low enough to minimize sides and they are all short esters for easy discontinuation if necessary. A little dandelion root every morning and the dbol water retention is near zero.

  14. I love cardio and really start feeling like shit fast if I stop doing it for more than a week. I think the steady breathing and endorphins just level me out nicely and the benefit from one good 20-30 minute session will last a couple of days. That being said I think it's just silly how most people think that it has to be seperated. You can make strength training a cardio workout easily by doing supersets with very short breaks. Or you can incorporate various methods of sled pushing, pulling, or dragging for a great strength/cardio combo workout. Lots of different ways to make them one thing instead of two separate categories.

  15. Just wanted to reintroduce myself to the board. I joined it not too long after it started up. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder and had to take a break from hard training, was mostly lifting like a 70 year old ymca member. After finding the right things to help ease the pain and issues, I have been rebuilding for a while now. Finally I'm ready to get back in the game. Anyway, glad to see the board still up and running and I hope to be around and learn some more. Thanks.

  16. I think its more to do with the WADA hardline stance on drug use in the Olympics and their political influence in many countries worldwide. I think HGH is now being used pretty widely for many purposes including wellness and anti-aging, and I really havent' seen the govt trying to get in the way of it.

  17. I have an American bulldog and she is awesome. 8 years old. She's great around people, great around kids too. My older brother has a daughter thats 2 and a son thats 4. Nikki (my dog) is awesome around them. She "knows" there's something different about the little kids, and she plays with them much different than she does with adults.

Although Nikki seems to love people, I spend a TON of time with her, and my wife does too. Nikki is not comfortable around anyone other than us, unless we are present and okay with the people. She barks at strangers until we've greeted them and let her know its okay.

So I guess my biased vote would be an American bulldog, lol. Don't know enough about boxers to give them an honest rating though. I'm sure there's someone here who could chime in on that.

  18. I have tren cough 3 times out of 3 cycles with it so far. Once was really bad, the other 2 times, not such a big deal, but still annoying.

I think its pretty obvious though when you get it. For me, I also felt really weak all the sudden, then got kind of an itch in my throat that was unlike any cold or flu cough I've ever had. The worst time I broke into a full body sweat for about 15 minutes and felt extremely hot. It slowly wore off but I still felt weird for an hour or 2.

One thing I've learned: Never take a shot of tren when you are in a hurry to leave for something. I was 20 minutes late for work once because I took the shot right before I was to walk out the door for work, then I had to sit for a few minutes because I got the cough.

  19. Not a good idea to take something that you don't know what it is. Thyroid meds used improperly can cause permanent thyroid dysfunction. Not something that happens all the time, but why screw around with pills that you don't even understand? Look on the boards for info on t3 and t4. You'll find plenty of info on the boards.

  20. Instead of worrying about what increase, why not change compounds? 500mg test cyp or enan, along with 250-300mg tren enan weekly for 10 weeks, taper off the end with oral winny weeks 9-12, then PCT. Just a thought. I just ran a similar cycle and the difference in gains from a 475mg test/300mg EQ cycle I ran prior to it? Huge difference. Worked great, felt great, strength increases were more obvious and bf% dropped a couple of points while adding 6-7 pounds of muscle. I'm stronger now at 245 and lower bf than I was at 255-260, and I don't remember the last time I got so many comments on how much I look different and bigger, even though the scale dropped a little.

  21. Very good question. However, I've never considered using liquid T3 anyway. Dosing in micrograms is such a small measurement, overdosing it could occur easily IMO. I don't want to exceed what I need to take. I prefer to go with a pharmaceutically compounded and pressed tablet on this drug.

    Interesting read for sure.

  22. I would rather drive through Watts (which I have done) than drive thru some hick town. Hell, I'd more liking to be stopped by the police or hicks, and have the crap kicked out of you.

Lol, bro, seriously there are a lot of dick cops. But they aren't all nice to whites either. I got the shit beat out of me when I was 18 by a white cop with an attitude. I was drunk, didn't say a word other than yes and no, and I did everything he asked. He still slammed my forehead into my hood, then proceeded to use his boot heels to kick huge bruises onto my ankles and lower legs because "I would not cooperate". I had a bad shoulder that got reinjured from him jerking me by the cuffs. And I thought I was being cooperative! LOL
