Tren, even though troublesome for some, is the most dramatic compound I have used. With some good test results are phenomenal ( for me) too bad I,m a pussy and can't handle the sides. I either have gotten bad primo or the compound just doesn't do much for me. you seem to be on the right track.

How long doe's it take for NPp to "kick" in and exert its effects..... from a 'joint' perspective knees wrists etc. & what are common doses... I know it is quite versatile and it seems it's in most cycles.\ or listed in cycles logs and recommendations etc.

 

Or .....is there a 'Better' joint lubricating compound available...?

I love NPP. I find it does just as good as it long ester brother in all aspects including joint lubrication. Being a short ester, if unwanted sides pop up, results from a change in dosage is relative quick.

I'd wait for warmer weather. Gulf Shores is very nice area and as family oriented as a beach town can be.

THIS, THIS is the reason I don't have a smart phone or even a cell phone!!!! I took my wife to a doctors appointment and as I waited in the "waiting room" and everybody in the room was deep into their phones, nobody looking up not even one second!! I pretty much just counted the holes in the ceiling tiles.

Know what you mean, Chip I was at Applebees for lunch last week. A group of 12 women were having a farewell lunch for a co-worker. No one was talking but EVERY DAMN ONE of them was looking at their damn phone. I mentioned this in jest to my friend the manager. He said that's normal, no one talks much during lunch. If they don't mess with the phone they just stare at the TV.

On a similar note I do have a rant. I'm white and my wife is Asian. I guess that's would be considered interracial. If we are at a restaurant, dept store, etc. I get weird vibes from women. The waitress or clerks seem to ask me "Is she your wife?" I guess they assume she doesn't speak English, or shes to pretty for an ugly old guy like me or she's a whore I'm entertaining. Our age difference isn't that great, I'm 54 and shes 42. Just irks me at times.

I never had a smart phone until about 3 months ago. As a bonus my employer got me an IPhone 6S. I absolutely love it!

Easy to use and I actually use the business/engineering related apps. Camera is great.

On the other hand, my wife has a Samsung Galaxy and as far as I know can do the same thing.
