I first read this many many years ago and continue to refer to it. Although I made several adjustments based on my body's reaction, age and related factors, it remains to be golden information.

I use HARRY'S. Similar type of plan I think. Blades are made from German steel and are surprisingly inexpensive.

Boxed nicely and they have nice gift sets reasonable priced as well.

I'm an old guy and have always stuck to basic compounds

My fav is Test/NPP/Dbol or Anavar depending on goals.

For me its cost effective, good results, and experience very little sides.

I have been here on AB for a long long time. I don't post much simply because so many of you are much more experienced with an array of compounds. My experience is limited to bread and butter cycles(test/dea/dbol) So I keep quiet, learn what I can and follow some very interesting intelligent threads.

With that being said, I feel kinship to a lot of you guys, MU, Hyper, Navy Chief, CagedFreak, WallyD, MorganKane, Dumbellpress, Biggerben Dublin Carlito, Gage, Rocketman and so many more of you guys I have seen here or talked with over the years.

AB is the only BB board I frequent and is the Best.

I don't know much about molecule weights, atom structures, etc.. So I can only comment based on my personal experiences.

Npp is my baby. More pinning but I feel the control of side effects is worth it. Joints? I cant tell the difference between the two compounds.

Bloat? maybe a little less with npp hard to tell since I always use test.

Result/strength? Honestly maybe a little better with deca but really negligible

Test/npp/dbol or anavar depending on my goals. Thats what works for me.
