If I were you I'd give up the bench press for good. I've injured myself on that flat bench more times then I care to admit. A couple weeks and you will be adding more and more weight until you end up hurting yourself again. I swear the bench press is just not something you can take it easy on.

Big M ive had rotator cuff surgery twice and this last time was the worst. Muscle and tendon instead of tendon to bone. I dont bench press or military press. Id be very careful on both and surprised you doing the shoulder press. be very careful brother, speed of recovery is not the main thing its the quality of the recovery. good luck and hope recovery goes well bro!

there is currently another UG lab right now out there called Toro labs and they post on a few other boards. I could be wrong but im pretty sure they were around before Mag came here as Toro. I will try and search different topics with our search up at the top but I think someone at one time posted asking if he was the same lab and the answer was no then.

Ive had one done. Just had the gyno removed not the gland. Good doc though cant tell at all. However, as soon as I do my final show this year I will be going to get both glands removed. Two of my buddies that are both IFBB pros but had their glands removed and I cannot even tell. Trick is finding the best doc to do it like Kyleb stated above. You dont want the cheapest doc or the least experienced, last thing you want is a botched surgery....
