I think those that have the short half life ( short esters ) , or for instance Anadrol (9 hours ) , winny around the same I believe..? Maybe a bit less, but Deca (Nand ) it's metabolite's linger for a long time, but doc may "not" be able to sense /detect that, however, unless you drop Drol a good few weeks out to Let RBC come back into range , your gonna get told your RBC is a bit high.

 

Same for Sust , drop it in due time, for the blood work, because of the Decanoate ester , and just maybe the Iso ester other two I wouldn't worry about.

 

Maybe 2 1/2 weeks out drop that , or forget it altogether, unless you embark on it now soon, & drop a good 3 weeks to a month out, & just go Propionate up til a week out. Or Suspension, if you can take the Inj frequencyz that's what I'd do. & Use your prescribed test early on as well or as prescribed, you could if timed right, get he/she to possibly up your dose, as long as you show "sonewhat" in range, but if "well" into "normal" range, or what they'd like to see you at, maybe not.

 

May just say your fine, bloods look on

I start my trt this week with 250mg every 3 weeks for 3 months. I get bloods 3 months away from first injection. Say I wanted to use some Sustanon, Nandrolone Decanoate,EQ,or Drol , winny, tbol? Im not saying all at the the sane time but if I wanted to use lets say, winny and deca or winny and drol with my dose from trt. Wont at my 3 month blood test show crazy high test levels? How do you do it the right way?

That’s the brand I get also , and 1ml . U should be taking atleast 100mg a week that dose they have you on is odd . Find a new dr if they can’t do 100 a week . My last bloodwork on 100 mg a week was almost 800 five days after pin but we are all different . They should also give you the pins with your prescription not sure why they didn’t ask them next time .

This Thursday i see the urologist should I should ask him to do 100mg/wk. What should I say I know a friend about my age and his doc lets him do 100mg/wk? Im 28 years old maybe I would need more of a dosage. My doc is respectful about my opinion. Anyways Walmart sells syringes with needle for 50 cents a piece. Is that a good price?

Yesterday I got my script for testosterone Cyp which was a relief because I was waiting for months but here we are. I got 2 bottles of Test Cyp 200mg/ML from the pharmacy. My dosage my doc wants me on is 250mg every 3 weeks. The brand is Perrigo and thats what I got. I thought I was getting 12ml bottle instead of 1ML. Anyways Im very happy to start. Also should I buy the syringes and needles from Walmart or order them from a website? Also any opinions?

Thanks bro, I have to see the Doc one more time and thats when i get my first shot. He said he is going to show me how to pin and then I will ba able to take the vial home. He told me a vial last around 3 months. Ill let you know tho. The only time I cycled was superdrol. I have treid a few times getting other gear ans shooting 500mg of test 10 weeks later i found out it was bunk. So i have be laying low for the right time to buy from a superb guy. The Doctor appt went good. Doc saw that I was 28 and little worried about how low my testosterone was. So he went to describe diff ways to get your testosterone at the right amount in your body. The Doc said since you are you young i should try clomid before using try anything else. He said if im trying to have kids its a bad idea to start using testosterone. I myself dont plan having kids. I told my doc that injctable test is the best way for me. Since my Doc is amazing he let the decision up to me to use Test inject. Im soooo dam happy its time to get back to the world and act like a 28 year old man laying Pipe for the women. Finally have great sex and always down to pound. my sex life big 0. Antidepressants had my enzymes elevated. I started Zoloft after my wife was diagnosed with cancer and finally just stopped cold turkey. It sucked but I feel much better being off and enzymes are back well within normal range now. You will be in my prayers homie and keep us posted.

You said your using suboxone, from that I'm guessing you used to use either H or pharmaceutical opioid pain medication. There is a condition called OIAD (Opioid Induced Androgen Deficiency), long term use of opioids can cause your body to not produce testosterone like it should. Your levels are very close to where mine were at your exact age.

 

When I was 28 I had been on pain killers for quite a few year due to a back problem, which needed to be surgically repaired. All the problems started about 4-5 years earlier, so I had been on high doses of painkillers like oxy, opana, methadone, and others. When I went and got my bloodwork done my total testosterone was 189, and my free testosterone was in the single digits. The only other thing on my bloodwork that was really out of range was my vitamin d.

 

 

 

Effexor xr is possibly the reason for your elevated liver enzymes. Here is something I copy and pasted from the net about the hepatoxicity of effexor xr.

 

Hepatotoxicity

Liver test abnormalities have been reported to occur in less than 1% of patients on venlafaxine, and elevations are usually modest and usually do not require dose modification or discontinuation. Rare instances of acute, clinically apparent episodes of liver injury with marked liver enzyme elevations with or without jaundice have been reported in patients on venlafaxine. The onset of injury is usually within 1 to 3 months. The patterns of serum enzyme elevation have varied from cholestatic to hepatocellular. All cases have been self-limiting and resolved within a few months. Autoimmune (autoantibodies) and immunoallergic features (rash, fever, eosinophilia) are uncommon or mild.

 

Mechanism of Injury

The mechanism by which venlafaxine causes liver injury is not known. Venlafaxine is metabolized by the liver, mainly via the cytochrome P450 system (predominantly CYP 2D6), and hepatotoxicity may be mediated by toxic intermediates of its metabolism. Venlafaxine can also result in significant drug-drug interactions.

 

Outcome and Management

The serum aminotransferase elevations that occur on venlafaxine therapy are usually self-limited and do not require dose modification or discontinuation of therapy. Cases of acute and prolonged or severe liver injury have been reported in patients taking venlafaxine, but there have been no convincing instances of acute liver failure and chronic hepatitis due to venlafaxine therapy in the published literature. Persons with intolerance to venlafaxine may have similar reactions to other SSRIs and careful monitoring is warranted if other such agents are used.

What over-the-counter or pharmacy drugs are you taking? How much alcohol do you drink? When did you have bloodwork done previously and were the liver enzymes normal then?

I dont use over the counter and as for pharmacy I use Effxor XR for antidepressant and Suboxne. I had bloodwork done about a year ago and everything was good. I dont have any of these, jaundice (yellowing of skin), nausea and vomiting, excessive bruising or bleeding, and leg swelling. I do have fatigue only because my testosterone is low. The only thing I have been exercising is 4 weeks ago I would wake up with extreme pain in my upper stomach this lasted 3 weeks. It didnt happen everyday but I would say atleat 3 times wk. It felt like burning and when you do a bunch of crunches and your abs are dying that how it feels. Never had to throw up or got nausea just pain. I also notice when those stomach pains come and the next morning I pee it about orange which isnt like me. The day I took the blood test last week the nigh before the appoment my stomch got worse again. Im thinking its causing it. 40 is noraml for AST but 286 is crazy.

to Tsart of I have low T and when to see my Urologist. The first day he said I need some blood work done to check if my testosterone is really low. Im 28 and people seem to think since Im young im just trying to waste there time. So that day i get blood work and the next day I get a call from my Doc saying before we start you on tRT we most find out why your liver enzymes are very high. The doc told me to see my PCP and follow up. Then a t the end of the conversation I ask about my test levels and he said they are extremely low. I guess my testosterone total is 145 Being a 28 man it been tough. Anyways Im posting my results of the blood work if anyone woul please chime in that would be amazing. With my liver enzymes being so high im really scared. This Friday I will have a ultra sound on my stomach and liver. Im praying nothing horrific comes up.

Injectable is the best form, but some doctors for some reason like to use the creams to start. My doctor didnt, but a lot do. If they try to prescribe it I would just say your worried about the potential for your wife or girlfriend to have problems if touching the area you apply the cream. There is also pellets, but I have never heard anything good about them. A lot will be dependent upon if your going to a doctor that specializes in HRT, or just a doctor that does it as a small portion of there practice. There are still doctors out there prescribing injections every 2-4 weeks.

From what Im hearing creams are not as good as injectable cyp. Thanks I was just going to ask how to bring up I dont want the cream.
