Calves have always been my worst body part. I've trained them just about every way you can think of. What I've found that works best for me is high volume, moderate weight / higher reps about every other day.

I love primo. Running it with test and I don't really experience any negative sides with it at all.

Every lift can cause injury if done incorrectly. Some more likely than others. I like upright rows and incorporate them in my shoulder training quite a bit. I usually stay on the lighter side and higher rep range using a wider grip.

I always sleep with my belly exposed to the cold. I keep it pretty cold when I sleep, fan on and I always sleep shirtless. No belly ache here brotha. I'm not sure what could cause that.
