I was a casual drinker of Monstar and I still do have one every now and then; however, I have a buddy who drank 1 or 2 everyday for a period of about 6 months,, he now has kidney stones so bad that he can't work, can't walk, they stuck a tube up his dick to try and clear with no success,,, sooooo, go easy on them and drink plenty of water.

This Rapid RetardAss sat at the fucking green light for about a minute, literally paralyzed by the fact that a cop car was behind us. I actually had to blow my horn at him to move so that I can pull over and the cop got on his outside speaker and ordered him to move, as well.

I'm with you on that, Irishone. I'm an old fool from the old school. Been training for almost 30 years and gearring for close to 25 of those years. What I learn, I prefer to learn from documentation and often from someone who, I feel, will know what they're talking about. Of course, many here are in that category. Guys at the gym who have competed or are competing. My trainer and training coach, to say the least. But say a coworker who's six pack consist of what he drinks after work, as opposed to his abs? I don't think so.

I have a co-worker who TELLS people that he "works out" but knows nothing about the training whatsoever. He tries to impress me when he's learned a new gear vocabulary. I only put him down when I ask him what he knows about the side effects. Finally after hearing him pour out his lack of intelligence, I told him one day, "Dude, you're 47. Never worked out. Eat like someone who's gone hungry for a week. You have NO knowledge of the stuff, as in how to take, when to take, or how much to take. And lastly, YOU FUCKING SMOKE like a damn chimney. I knew years ago when I was getting older. I got the wake up call when I was about 36, back at home in New Orleans. I was still married to my 1st wife at the time and had just gotten home, tired as hell, from my 2 jobs.
