Geraldo I agree with Wetlook above................BUT I have a feeling you are dead set on following the var/proviron/etc protocol you mentioned.  I would add the Tostrex, but remember there are many variables on really how much dosage is being absorbed through the skin.... certain things (hair, dry skin, thickness of skin area, etc) can impede absorption.  Make sure you shave the area, clean it really good and do NOT hug your wife/girlfriend/kids while the gel is still wet (very important you don't want to have residual gel get on them)!!

    Eventually you are going to have to get past your fear of injecting if you plan on competing a good TRT dose of Testosterone would be better than an oral cycle IMO, plus your liver won't take a beating with just oral cycles (people always start low dosages then eventually start upping the dosages). Everybody is different and you may be able to handle certain oral dosages/compounds than others, but if you start to get lethargic, nausea, dull abdominal pain on right side your...... liver is talking to you......LISTEN TO IT!!

  2. Wasn't sure where to post this, but figured it involves training so here it is:

    After almost 15 year lay-off I decided to started BJJ training again.....more just to....be ready in case something had to go down (hopefully never though). One thing I was having trouble with is finding a way to mix both weights/grappling and see if anyone can suggest something that worked for them (full body, half body, etc) to combine BJJ/Weights. Here is my schedule:

    I train BJJ Tues/Wed/Thurs/Sun

    Weights I plan to train 3 on 1 off:

    1 back/chest-Heavy (8-10 reps)
    2 legs - Light (15-20 reps)
    3 Delts/arms.... Heavy
    Off
    4 back/chest light
    5 Legs Heavy
    6 delts/arms Light
    Off

    Now being 51 (52 soon) I'm just want to look really good naked not trying to get "huge" like my younger days, I'm in decent shape 194-197 lbs.... 13% body fat (can see abs a little blurry but they are there) would just like to clean up my diet and get to 9%-10% or when I can see good muscle separation everywhere, plus would like to see some muscle gains. I just not sure if the weights are to much work or if anyone thinks this is good or even suggest something totally different!

    I was very recently considering doing something similar.  I had been running anadrol & then was about out.  Was going to order more, but the source I was going to obtain it from was out of anadrol, so I decided to pick up anavar instead.  Currently running the anavar @ 80mg/day.  But I had been & still am considering adding anadrol in alongside the anavar (also running 225mg/week of sustanon, ~150-175mg/week of nandrolone, & 70mg/day of tren A).  I've run anadrol alongside tren a couple times & I absolutely love it.  Also loving running anavar alongside the tren as I currently am - especially the vascularity, although that is definitely helped by the 4-10mg of tadalafil I take every morning before I go train lol).

    Nerve how long do you wait to train after you take the tadalafil?  On topic I do like gms suggestion, I'd open with tbol and close with var. 

  4. Any of you guys when you get up at night to take a leak do you have a weak stream, but during the daytime it's like a pressure washer?  Is this a sign that prostate is having problems or is this just normal?  Also this happens whether on gear or not on gear. Any ideas fellas?

  6. I've worked a very long time at the same place and wanted a certain position in the company............finally got a chance to interview....then got the job!! Everything went great the first month but new "tasks" were put on me and now I pretty much have to fire/layoff people!! Also, I'm still getting paid extra money (Hazard pay) which makes me feel guilty, as financially I'm doing better than ever before, yet other friends/people are really struggling!!

    I just need to hold on for 3.5 years so I can retire then get out of this state. I just have to make sure I don't let stress get the best of me, as I used to go to the gym to let it out, but in my area still no gym opening up till.........................who knows. Sorry folks I just felt like I needed to vent, just feel heavy. I just hope things get better............

  7. How do you fellas sterilize the receiver flasks if you use just the filtration tops? I've always used the whole stericup filtration that come with the upper and lower, but lately it seems like the whole filter units PVDF .22 are a little harder to find.

     

    Forgot to add I'm talking about the glass receiver flasks.

  8. From looking stanalone up isn't it more of a DHT? The only time I remember using something with DHT was with a Mexican ampule that had DHT added to it, don't remember if it was Sten, but I do know hair was jumping off my head like it was on a diving board!

  9. Discord Channel's. The platform was started as a place for gamers to meet and discuss as well as to buy and sell. You need to be invited to these different "Channels". Gear/gh sources or guys from lets say a large public board have been starting their own channels and then inviting only those they want to be a part of a new hangout.

    One of the ones I was invited to will launch a "Bot" to handling voting because now new invites have to be voted in. Its a good way to let everyone else know who may be around soon.

    Similar to a regular board or forum there is an admin/owner and then moderators. New members are given the label of either regular member or source.

    There are different sections of the channel again similar to a board like ab and others. Sources can be found in one part of channel.

  10. How is it going with the BPC 157? I used it and some GH and it seemed like it worked pretty good for my hip injury. Also something similiar happened to me a while back while deadlifting for me I had a radial nerve by my shoulder blade (as I was coming up I felt and heard a pop by my shoulder blade) and it caused right arm weakness and numbing all the way to the ring/little finger kind of numbness plus pain. If I was to let's say do a overhead db tricep press I had no strength in it to press it up not even one rep. Hopefully it helps you out Pooh

I was listening to a podcast with Justin Harris and I don't remember what the topic was, but he stated that men over 40 start to lose substantial glute size and leg size as they get older, I've noticed that I have loose skin that I have never had before and my glutes do look smaller on the inner lower side!! I used to have nice glutes but now they are looking a little loose, I thought squatting would be all that I needed to keep glute size.

     

    I had never done direct glute work but now started doing glute bridges and hip thrusts any other suggestions for glute training?
