I put this out on another forum, but wanted to post it here also cuz if someone has some good advice about this I want to hear it:

My grandmother is 95 years old, she just had blood work done and surprisingly only thing wrong was her cholesterol was a little high, which the doctor said we need to watch her diet! She's 95....I want her to eat whatever the hell she wants...she's earned it!!

But anyways back to the main question, she gets these brutal headaches and the doctor gave her of course a narcotic to help with pain, but he warned this will constipate her. I think her headaches are because she is dehydrated, but she HATES water and with the medication this will make everything worse!! My question I guess is there anything out there that will help with hydration even drinking a minimal amount of it? (hopefully this makes sense)

For me if I was trying to climb the ol corporate ladder and advance my career I would want to endear myself to those who will directly control my upward mobility. If that means bending some rules like letting my boss coddle the sexy Spanish girl so be it.

If you could care less about career advancement then I mean stick with your guns.

Ohh man you are totally right about this gms, it is UNCOMFORTABLE at work especially since the write up was nullified by the higher ups. Luckily I don't see this guy everyday or have to deal with him personally everyday, but when we are in the same room it is a lot of tension in the air that you can feel it.

I think this is one time when doing the "right thing" ended up being the "wrong thing"! Hopefully I can just finish my 6 years so I can retire without anymore drama or problems!

At work I was invited to be on an interview panel, we were given DIRECT instructions to read the questions to the applicants they way they were written!!! It was a long day as we had 20 people to interview but we started the day and two guys interviewed that English wasn't their first language, but this job requires to have good English skills to communicate, so they didn't do very well. My bosses even re-iterated that that's the way it was going to be no helping them.

Well a few applicants after those two and a really pretty hispanic woman comes in kind of in a lower cut blouse which in my opinion wasn't very professional and my boss right away took notice of her...but whatever...... we start the interview and she is so nervous is visibly kind of shaking my boss tells is really trying to calm her down and orders me to give her the questions in Spanish which I refused!! He didn't care about the other two guys, but for her he was going to coddle her!!

Anyways the day finishes and I get written up for insubordination which I fought and won, but it put a real deep divide into mine and my bosses' working relationship. I don't know if I did the right thing, but I felt that we were given specific instructions and we were to follow them to a T. I was really pissed off at my boss for putting me in a situation like that and I have been really stressed out the last two weeks fighting this. This guy ALWAYS flirts with women at work and all of his girlfriends have been women from work which isn't healthy and he's been talked to a couple of times (not in trouble but TALKED to) for "flirting" with women there. If I did what this dude does they would be calling me Weinstein Jr!!

Do you guys think I did the right thing in not following his orders?

I don't know what the brand of clen was that I used to get from Mexico, but it used to be fantastic. This is one compound that if it's dosed wrong could put you in a world of hurt!! I couldn't get a hold of clen....well clen that I trusted this time around, so I just got some primatene tabs and some caffeine tabs for this "cut". I'll do EF maybe A (aspirin just don't like taking it) just to be on the safe side and that works for me or good enough!

Try humco or even a combination of alcohol and Humco? I like it better than OP/OS as it was thinner and so far nothing has clumped, plus I use an oral syringe with a bottle adapter

This is a tough one Uno, but if it was me I would give my cat a very very low dose EQ, to help with appetite and maybe put some weight. Because he is on the older side I personally think this is reasonable even then I would still try to research cat's endocrine system as much as possible even get an online opinion from a vet that might be open to listening to you about AAS with your cat. Also is this a male cat? If it's female I don't think I would as there could be some complications but try to find as much stuff as you can online even if it takes you all night.

I just got some BPC 157 from blue sky so hopefully this stuff is real, as I'm going to use this stuff with some Gh hopefully can help with some injuries. My good friend used ISARMS for MK677 and he loved it.... I personally haven't tried, but when I do get some MK677 that's where I was going to go.....that is if I don't hear anything negative about Isarms that is..........

I friend of mine was taking some time off from gear (they were working on a baby) and he had a brand new bottle of 5% Liver defender (something like that) which I ended up with along with some other stuff. I was using superdrol getting the same nausea as you and lethargy, but while using that 5% stuff it was never an issue. One thing is I never got bloods to confirm anything, so I can't say for sure if this stuff worked, just that I didn't get the sides like before so I can only surmise it did work. If I were to use some orals again I would get some of that stuff again.

Just curious what has been the best training regiments/methods/splits you have used (GVT, HIT, Push/pull/legs, etc) for me as I got older it seems like I need more volume(especially for legs/glutes) and physique really changed for the better with German volume training. What have you guys experimented with and worked for you?

Something similiar happened to me like 5 days ago where I felt a pain inside around where my taint is....almost like cramping. Then after that for a couple of days I had weak urinating, but after the third day everything has gone back to normal. The only different thing I had done is raised my test cyp dosage a little bit, but now nothing negative.

If phlogel is available that is the best product for transdermals.

It can be done with Phlogel, or DMSO & hand sanitizer..

DMSO gel / aloe vera type various concoction's , but better to use lower molecular (I wanna say beow 300mmol ) esters , and/or especially the ones that can bite as an Inj. But offer some desired effect without that by X~dermal TNE, t1-cyp bold base I believe .

Valor there used to be carriers I know there is one called Salvo from iron legion. You would still need to acquire some test base or tren base or whatever BUT it has to be BASE no esters attached to it as I believe the molecular size changes with esters attached to the base compound and they won't be able to permeate the skin.

CIM domestic for me. Had a problems with both refused to send money awhile ago. Done with both

Same here it's CIM and now I think I"m going to really have to buckle down and learn how to use BC's!!
