The copy they send via e-mail is an unsigned copy.

You go by the batch number(s) as a confirmation, I believe they keep records to cross check.

Anyway its indeed true that anyone can make up a false lab result.

Best way - word of mouth or get them tested yourself, as CINGULAR just pointed out.
