i figured id reintroduce myself. I was on here back in the day and now im a staple again. During my break i was overseas and now back in the states, had a fucking kid which changed my routine but im a dad who lifts. Good to see many of the guys that i knew back in 2008 when i started here.

My daughters sake? I dont have a daughter but i understand your concern. I am here for the knowledge and camaraderie. Being a gym titan is not just a hobby for me its a life style and i appreciate all you guys.

Last i ordered car parts was just before Turkey day on Nov 20th. He emailed some literature shit on Nov. 29th and has been radio silent since. Not sure wtf is going on. Never had a problem with him may have had some under dosed gear at some points but thats my experience.
