  1. sounds like you've received some pretty sound advice.

     

    if i put myself in your shoes. i would do exactly what these guys recommended. i would sit down and have a serious talk with her, the good the bad, the ugly. Then go from there. If she makes positive changes she clearly loves and respects me. If she doesn't, then i would let her go. For me, i would rather be alone, then be with someone who doesn't respect themselves and me. Not to mention if i just held on for the sake of not being alone, over time i would come to hate her, and that isn't fair for either of us.

  2. a couple friends and i are planning to take a trip to the park the beginning of may. this is the first time that any of us have seen yellowstone. was interested in seeing if anyone here has gone, and if they recommended any sites/hikes?

  3. a buddy and i just started adding deadlifts to our routine last week and i had a question about form. when lifting do you guys find that you more times then not lift the bar close to your shins? meaning do you have drag marks/ bruises on them for a couple days after you do them? in the reading i have done i have read both that it is a good thing and that its bad. would like to get some of your guys opinions on this one.

    i have always normally done rack pulls instead of deads because i notice a popping in my pelvic area. i think its my si joints. i was thinking about trying to add these in a couple times a month though.

  4. nice one! a buddy of mine just got into bow hunting this year. after hanging out watching the outdoors channel and scoping out spots with cams and helping him set up his tree stands, i have gotten really into the sport. its too late to get everything together to hunting myself but plan on going out a few times with him. will being starting to get everything together for next season though.

     

    i was thinking about starting a hunting thread to see if any of you guys were into it. whats the biggest buck you have bagged?

  5. a buddy and i were thinking about starting up this exact routine. past couple months have bee dragging gym wise and wanted to change things up a bit. so what did you think, have you started up the routine yet? was thinking about pairing this up with my first cycle.

  6. i just read something about this on facebook, and was thinking about starting them up. i have done them a few times at the end of a back workout and liked it. fills everything up, and uses the last of what you have. the only thing is i find i get in the way of others while doing it.not sure if its really whats happening or just in my head though.
