Long live King Karius! In my nearly 20 years on AB I’ve seen it all, been scammed by many a trusted bro, yet one man has remained solid as a rock and dealing with him is always smooth as butter. His longevity is nearly unheard of in this industry. Now days I only dip in from time to time for my trt needs but I know I can always count on K for the highest quality gear I can get. Been outta the game for awhile but dipped back in to get myself going on a little TRT, and I’ve been nothing short of blown away by Caxxis professionalism! Lighting fast TA (48 hrs) and some of the best labels I’ve ever seen. Easy to communicate with as well. Which when you’ve dealt with as many assholes as I have in the past, a friendly and accommodating tone goes a long way in my book! 

I have a buddy who gets grade a psychedelics off the dark web. It's really not that pricey either, just all in bitcoin. He always shows me how they hide it in the shipments and they go out of their way for safety. I tried some DMT he got off of there and holy shit.... No words for that stuff.

Thank you for the encouragement! I've already had a l5-s1 microdisectomy and now looking at a possible fusion under the age of 30. I'm glad it has worked for you brother and I hope it continues to help heal your body so I'm hoping it relieves some of my back and sciatic pain after hearing your story and others who have used that type of yoga.

 

If you don't mind me asking, what type of specific yoga are you doing? (Other than meditational)

I actually don't really get into the meditation side of it. My studio offers different levels and focuses depending on the day and time. I prefer their Vinyasa based classes... These are more focused on endurance and strength. I've tried Bikram but quite frankly I find it prettt disgusting.... lol.

I recently bought the DDP Yoga DVD package so I'm excited to give yoga a try. How long did it take for you to first feel any results?

After just a couple of weeks the regular back aches started to subside, after about 6 weeks my sciatic pain had all but disappeared. I go to a studio but have done a few of the DDP yoga workouts I've found on the net and it is actually really legit. You're not going to get into the mediation type aspects of yoga with it, but considering he designed the program specifically for back problems and fitness it works really well. On days that I'm not able to get my cardio in I YouTube his "diamond cutter" workout, it's about an hour long and will easily burn up to 500 calories. Stick with it bro and I promise you'll dig it.

I've been doing yoga a few days a week for about 6 months and aside from the tremendous relief in back pain I've gotten it has also really strengthened my wrist. I've become a huge advocate for yoga and believe everyone from BB's, PL's, and your every day gym rat should at the very least give it a shot.

I'm about to start my own 300mg/week test cruise myself. Been off for a number of years... Those numbers are pretty incredible, has me pacing back and forth now waiting on my pack to arrive...lol. I'm of the opinion you just level with him, one lie just creates many other lies to follow.

I think it's a pretty solid move, it's gonna make for a lot better football and all of this is just a step towards a +1 championship game imo. I'm glad we're gonna be headed to the Pac 10, much easier road then the SEC, no offense Hab. lol
