Its a cream that comes in 3 min or 5 min set times. Just get someone to apply it, let it sit for 3 or 5 min, then wipe it off with a warm wet towel. Works great.

Guys - for all of you who've had the surgery, would you classify yourself as highly susceptible to gyno? Also, would you attribute the gyno to lack of running an AI/Nolva? Lastly, over what period of time did this creep up on you? Goku's post seems to reflect a single deca cycle being the culprit for him.

I'm highly susceptible. Got gyno on my first cycle of deca and anavar while using nolvadex. This was in the 80's so we didn't have the info we have now. Nothing has helped while on cycle. I've tried everything.
