Peolle generally use 223 or 556 to say the same thing, but all noveske have a 556 chamber. Thats the only difference between the 2. My Noveske was from just before john died, and its one of the rifles I wish I had back.

You shouldnt be shooting 556 out of a 223. But you can shoot 223 out of a 556.

The SAAMI specs are not the same. its higher in the 556.

And the 556 chamber is a bit larger so less pressure there. Also, if your chamber has a short or long throat like your 223 wylde.

Bottom line comes down to the chamber of your rifle.

I use a 1.5" gun belt in jeans or shorts.

This isn't my tip, just something I read from someone who was having trouble getting used to sleeping with the mask on. He'd wake up during the night & would find that he had ripped the mask off & thrown it onto the floor while sleeping. So what he did was he would go to bed at night and not use the CPAP machine. But if he took a nap during the day, he would use the CPAP machine/mask. The shorter periods of sleep with the mask on helped him get used to it & now he can sleep through the night with the mask on with no issues.

It took a while to get used to it. I wear it every night now.

Sleep problems seem to be pretty common for lifters,if you read the forums anyway. And like nerve said, neck size. They say over a 17" neck is more apt to have apnea. Even my pencil neck tapes at 18.5. I don't know if I have apnea but I snore pretty bad

 

My doc said the same thing.

Measured my neck and said he is pretty sure I have sleep apnea.

That was before the sleep study.

Get a machine that records the sleep results.

It will help you figure out how you sleep and if you need to adjust.

The medical equipment company gets paid x amount of money for the device.

I am a mouth breather and need a full face mask.

I did a trip way down in Mexico years back.

Left Torreon in a tshirt in the morning.

By the time I got into Texas it was 36 degrees.

Had no cold weather riding gear. Put several tshirts, long sleeve and my thin jacket.

What all did you get from them? There are shit tons of counterfeit geno in Europe. It still has gh in it but not made by Pfizer. I know a guy in Russia that has endless amounts of counterfeit geno dirt cheap. Stuff looks near identical to Amercian geno I was getting off a guy who had it prescribed.
