Thanks for the info. I am just little scared of the shit to be honest... i have really thought about it using. Like i said before, just have be careful because i dont want blow up and cause lots of talk or lose my ability to move. I need to be quick and agile but really want add about 15-20lbs and cut the bf for sure. Would love to be 210-215 and 7-8%bf.
Hardest thing for me is diet. Do to schedule i have to eat what n when i can. Carrying around containers of food not going to happen...

Thanks, i have not started the GH. I wanted to get a plan in place first. I do take other supps but have considered slin. Just kind of hesitant about it. I need to stay lean and can not afford to add tons of weight and then try to cut. I just dont have the luxury because of what i do. I am an athlete and want stay that way but also add some size and definitely cuts. I need to be more on the fast, quick, and agile side of things.
As far as leaning out, how long for results? I realize GH is more long term. 3 or 4 mores see some results?

Man some good info. Have a question? My workout is in the early eve. Only time open due to work. Question is when would be best time to take? Early morn, but i can not do cardio and will sit at desk.. if take in eve before workout, i take a carb drink to help increase muscle size. So would that just defeat the purpose? I want to cut but also add size... i am about 6' 195 10%bf have more athletic build than bodybuilder.
