  1. My condolences.

When I go through a life change I continue to go to the gym. That's something I need to help keep my mind clear. Instead of sitting and over thinking even more.

Have you tried connecting with a close friend?

It's a hard time but will get better.

  2. Itll suck for a while but, itll come back. I promise.

I'm in the same boat. As I am not to be lifting at all but, I'm mentally ill. I started doing cardio 2 wks post OP. And today is my second workout. 3 wks will be Friday. I'm not to lift more than 5lbs but, I did. I think as long as I dont do heavy squats/deadlifts. I'll be okay?

Just switch your mind frame. Work on other things and different tempos.

    And use db.

  3. And if you use "spot" assistance on any of these advanced moves, at least be courteous enough to give said spotter a "Reach-around"

Ssheeit.. @gms. You hear that boi! You've been holding out on me.

  4. I was listening to a podcast with Justin Harris and I don't remember what the topic was, but he stated that men over 40 start to lose substantial glute size and leg size as they get older, I've noticed that I have loose skin that I have never had before and my glutes do look smaller on the inner lower side!! I used to have nice glutes but now they are looking a little loose, I thought squatting would be all that I needed to keep glute size.

I had never done direct glute work but now started doing glute bridges and hip thrusts any other suggestions for glute training?

Ask any instahoe. They can help, they're experts.

I do, weighted kick backs, but really isolate the glute and ham

    Good mornings

    Glute bridges

    Good/bad girl

    Uhhh reverse squat

    1.5 rep Bulgarian split squat

Uhhh that's all that's coming to mind

    ETA. Focus on TUT
