I'm no expert but. That's a really high dose for a women for anadrol. I would suggest starting at 5mg a day, not going any higher than 20mg/day. 30mg/day is pushing it - just my opinion.

I just cant run any orals at the moment so. My next cycle will be a low dose of test which, will be my first time running test and, npp. I might run test p @ 20mg/wk and, npp 30 to 50mg/wk.

I have been.. shitty part is. I feel like I'm withering away. So, now I gotta figure diet out... I'll do 30mins of cardio on days I lift. Then 1 or 2 days, I'll do 45mins. And for some dumbass reason, I'm doing a faucking hour.. by choice. Why? Who does that?! I think I gotta drop that hour session.

Hope it gets better soon...I've been working through it with mine and it hasn't gotten any worse. There are days it doesn't hurt at all and when it does it's not bad just enough that I feel it. I'll see what happens and if I need to I'll go get it looked at.

It's been a pretty disappointing summer for me.. surgery for me in October. And i partially dislocated my torn shoulder. Waiting on a MRI on that. Which is next month and then the following month I find out if I'll need surgery on that...
