I use deca basically all year round for elbows shoulders. Low doses though. Except when blasting

I'm talking about real low dose maybe 100 or lil more a week for shoulders issues. I have some micro tears and calcium build up on left shoulder, Really acting up normally get a cortisone injection every 4 months. Dr said really don't need surgery yet.

But now orthopedic place is closed due to virus, and I stopped NPP with my trt because gym is closed. Gonna start NPP again wondering if anybody takes it for real long periods of time for shoulders??

Like most people with kids schools are closed and doing online teaching. My boys P.E class is still going teacher sends exercises to do and we submit a video showing them doing exercises.

Today they had to run a mile and that turned into a good cardio session included running, sprints uphill, push-ups and pull-ups good bonding session and we'll do EOD now. We had so much fun they smoked me on the distance running. But got them on pull-ups and push-ups.

This will be a good memory for us when this is over!!

I had a RX years ago aside from dry mouth no issues. I've gotten lil breakouts from npp before but damn not like this.

As I have posted in the past wife has NASH which is a liver disease and she's on a clinical trial and doing better.

But with her disease and the meds her sex drive is gone, she expresses her concern. Her Dr. isn't any help she ask for testosterone pellets she was reading about buy she doesn't approve of it.

She read about Vylesse, which is PT-141, I've been reading about it. But it's all guy's using it and very little about women feedback.
