  1. If it just happened you can fix it but you cant fuck around. Don't taper up on the letro. Put the sledgehammer to the estrogen. Only taper when coming off. Start with the high dose. You also need to use Nolva with it. Nolva will block the receptors in your breast tissue so estrogen cant make them grow.

I would run 60 mg nolva until the lump starts going down then taper to 20 mg and stay on it while you are running the letro. Usually will go down in three days and will be gone in a week.Once the lump is gone taper off the letro and stay on the nolva @ 20mg daily. This will keep the estrogen rebound from coming off letro. And stop touching the lump, it will make it worse. Only check the size once every morning then leave it alone.

  2. Well if your back hurts and it eventually travels down lower then maybe. If your just stiff no. If you have a disc problem you will be sleeping on the floor and crawling to the shitter. Disc problems normally give you aches down your glutes usually starts with a twinge in lower back in your L5 S1 joint then travels down your glutes. Stop squatting, well at least when you piss nigga....

  3. Sorry for the late response fellas..... Got caught up in all the meaningless bullshit that is life and I forget to honor or fallen brothers and sisters......To all those who have served our country....Thanks for our freedom. You are remembered always, God Bless!

  4. He was on a huge yacht and fell off the ladder (steps) off the top part of the boat as he was coming down. Thanks guys for the feedback

I had the same break coming down a ladder. Not on a yacht , coming down the ladder after working on the trailer house....that's almost the same...LOL. It is a painful long road to recovery.

I broke my tibia in three places and shatter my fibula. I had a nail put in also. Took three years before I was right again. First screw was pulled out after about 3 months after surgery. Then another surgery to remove all the screws after 6 months. Those fucking things hurt. Fibula never healed so they cut both ends of the scar tissue off with the third surgery. It is not connected by about 1" or so. Cant even tell. Works great.
