  1. Just let me throw this out there for those who may not know.

Unless you tell your doctor you are abusing or physically harming someone or you are having thoughts of homicide or suicidal ideations, other than that what you tell your doctor is as confidential as what you tell your attorney.

They can not legally tell LE about your drug usage or past drug usage no matter what the drug.

  2. Also, does Hgh raise it? At what dose does Hgh start to raise it? Is it different for everyone?

Also, a little explanation on raised hemocrit? Cyclists want increased red blood count, yet bodybuilders don’t? Is this because bodybuilders don’t do cardio and should? And also, if increased RBC mean less oxygen is supplied to blood, why would this benefit a cyclist? I’m not really understanding all the literature I guess. Basically was denied short term and long term disability because I have secondary polycythemia and I’m trying to make sense of it.

    Thank you

    Galaxy

You do seem to be confused. Hemoglobin is the iron-containing protein that carries O2 in the blood. Polycythemia is a high amount of RBC's. Also, EPO increases RBC. If your RBC is high you have an increased O2 carrying capacity, not a lowered one. Your Hematocrit is the percentage of RBC compared to the overall substances of your blood. Anabolic steroids raise the overall RBC and thus raise RBC related content of your blood.

To lower those issues? Donate blood or donate platelets.

  3. I think the results he now suffers wherein a sense aggravated by the stress of the heavy ASS WEIGHT as he called it but more so from his previous back injuries and most likely just his genetics.

Many powerlifters spend as much if not more time under monsterous poundages and they don't suffer crippeling degeneration of the skeletal structure.

Coleman did go to the extreme but I feel he was just predisposed to weak bones in his neck and spine.

My grandfather used to say it all the time..."You will have many difficulties and heartaches in your life boy but so do we all, whats important to understand is; it's not what life throws at us that matters most. What is more important is how you react to those problems" Ronnie is living proof of what my grandfather had told me.

  4. Muscle Egg is very tasty actually. It's pasteurized which means you can drink it and its safe versus whole eggs Rocky-style can and does make you sick. Only flavor thats a little gross is chocolate...

  5. $14.99 on iTunes

Kevin Levrone tells a funny story of getting Ronnie drunk on Vodka the night before the Arnold Classic comp... Kevin said Ronnie was like Nah man Bodybuiders don't drink man I cant drink before a show. Kevin said oh hell it wont hurt just drink one with me... Ronnie drank 5, 6,7 drinks....

Kevin said, "The next morning that vodka must have dried him out beyond what he could have done otherwise and helped him relax". "Damn the next day I saw Coleman backstage and was like ...who the fuck is that guy ! He was shredded !!!

I knew then I had lost the contest"...LOL funny as hell!

  6. Just watched the latest vid on Ronnie Coleman. Its a documentary of his early years, his rise to the top and many past champs sit down and give their opinion of the King.

It's very well edited, After all Ronnie has been through, he is still a source of great inspiration. I have to tell you; Its one of the better vids on a past champ regardless of the sport, I have ever seen.

The documentary left me with a sense of, what made Ronnie Coleman the greatest Bodybuilder of all time wasn't necessarily his winning Physique so much as it was his winning attitude and positive outlook on adversity, challenges, trials and tribulations we all go through in life.

Ronnie Coleman embodies the old adage of "It's not what happens in your life that matters most, it's your reaction to what happens. Will you react positively and learn from failures or will you let life defeat you"?

Ronnie Coleman was a champion long before he ever set foot on the Olympia stage and he will remain one for all time.

    Inspirational movie.

  7. The big security issues I see all the time:

    1) Sources who have a website...Seriously?

    2) sources who still use WU/MG.

    3) Sources who order and recieve their raws directly from China..huge mistake. ( granted there is a safe way to use all 3 of the above safely, but only 1% would know how or have the resources to use them safely)

    4) Sources who become so big and well know they are like McDonald's.

    5) New sources who receive raws, produce, mail out finished product and do everything themselves...These sources are living on borrowed time.

Sciroxx Labs has grown to the point even a 3rd world investigator could recognize their name.

If you're going to start your own lab. don't outgrow yourself.

Unless you have connections in 4 or more overseas nations who you are either related to by blood or would trust your life in their hands you cannot safely grow to an international size.

Sciroxx Labs, I'm very surprised they last this long.

For 99% of the sources out there best get used to the idea your 'roid making business will at best help pay the bills.

For the most part.If your planning on quitting your job someday because you're a source, you're in deep denial.

There are a few who have made a huge amount of money but these few are so well set up and have such a complicated system that most wouldn't even know how to dupicate such a operation. The guys who have been around for 10+ years know very well what they are doing.

An analogy is like Bodybuilders. Only a handful will ever stand on an Olympia stage but Millions try.

But some people only learn shit the hard way. You can tell them over and over they will still fuck up what you tried to tell them not to do.

Its what I call the "I'm special now because I'm a source" mentality. Just because you spent

$ X,000.00 on setting up your little basement lab doesn't make you a source. Most have no clue what they are doing or how to do it safely. Just becasue you know enough to cook to feed yourself doesn't make you a chef.

Trust me, Learning as you go is not what you want when if you make a mistake you go to prison.

Sourcing is not the Learn as you go way to make a buck. If you don't have close ties with a well seasoned source who is generous enough to help you along, your heading for a disaster.

If this guy who ran Sciroxx Labs knew everthing he needed to know to saty safe he wouldnt have got busted. The bigger you get the more you need to know to stay safe.

Un fortunatly there comes a point when you have to pay off your enemy just to keep them from busting you. That is at the level of organized crime and some of these sources grow to this level and dont know what to do and havent grown resources in place to survive. Unless you have a mentor, you will out grow yourself but you wont know it till your in hand cuffs.

  8. Hernia surgery will not make your midsection smaller. Look up what a Hernia is.

In addition to that, the only way to make the midsection smaller is to suction fat out of it.

    Those are two separate operations.

HGH has the tendency to enlarge the intestines. As far as pushing the intestines back 5 inches, that is total bull. You didn't read any surgeon say they somehow PUSHED someones intestines back, much less 5 inches.

If you have a gut its from fat, not your intestines.

Phil and all those fat bellies are from too much insulin which causes lipid accumulation around the intestines.

Also, the stomach (the stomach organ) itself can become enlarged form eating large amounts of food.

  9. Outside of maybe K, ( who was around even before Al Gore invented the internet)

I don't know anyone whos been around as long as Dictator and still has a legit and well-run business.

  10. I was a huge 2pac fan when I was a kid. I remember when he died back in 1996 and how shady it all was. I came across this Youtube channel called 2pac Hoax. I watched all the videos and everything made sense. 2pacs entire life was made up. Tupac Shakur was never even his real name. How could he get shot 5 times 2 of them in the head and one in the groin area and make it to court the following day? Theres no legit records anywhere showing that he was in prison. The entire Tyson fight was rigged. There's just so much its crazy. If you are/were a 2pac fan check out this youtube channel called "2pac Hoax".

Who the fuck gives a shit?

  11. No socializing here. I'm serious from the time I get in to the time I leave. I rest about 45 seconds between exercises, but because I do two muscle groups, my muscles get about 3 minutes rest between sets. I'm already doing heavy weights, even getting a spot on my heaviest set of bench. I used mostly free weights, but also mix in machines at LA Fitness Signature club. And I go on non-busy times so I don't have to wait for anybody else. Sometimes I stay for 2.25-2.5 hours. Love it. This time works for me. I just took my bloodwork yesterday and have an appointment for HRT in a few weeks. Really looking forward to seeing if I can get some libido back and a little help form some test. Hopefully that what will happen. If not, I'll be on the market looking for help.

Hey at 65 if all what you say is true, you sound like a hard charger for sure. I'm no endocrinologist But at 65 years old this is what I would use drug wise, First and foremost would be real quality Growth Hormone at about 3-4ius per day with dosages split into. As far as anabolics no more than 300mg of test per week and that should be cycled slowly up and hold for maybe 6 weeks then slowly down to 75mg per week for 6-8 weeks then cycle slowly back up. With that I would include Nanadrolone Deca 300+mg/week at the highest and 50mg+/week at the lowest end of the cycle. I would increase the deca when the test is lowest and decrease when test is highest. but the HGH would stay on indefinitely. The thing about Growth hormone is it will take up to 6 months before you see results. so be patient.

Also: What is " Cut Stack 150" ? something at GNC?

  12. Sunday. Ride bike at 70 to 75% of mhr X 1.5 hours in morning. Afternoon 2 hours alternating Chest/Abs. Bench, Incline Bench, Decline Bench, cable flies low and mid. All 5 sets X 8 reps at max. In between sets doing abs.

Monday: Back and Triceps. Seated pulls, deadlifts, machine mid-grip pulldowns, machine seated close-grip rows, incline pull downs. 4-5 different tricep exercises. Everything at 4-5 sets X max weight.

Tueday, Bicycle 1:45 hours at 70% mhr.

Wednesday: Shoulders/Abs Seated press on Smith Machine, reverse seated press on seated press weights, cross cable pulls from floor to ceiling on cable machine, cable pull between legs to ceiling with tricep rope, standing shrups with shrug free-weight machine. Abs in between each set. All 5 sets X 8 reps to max.

Thursday Morning Legs/Biceps. Smith Machine Squats, Press Free-Weight Machine, 3 other leg excercises & 5 bicep excercises. All 5sets X 8 reps to Max.

Thursday Afternoon Bicycle X 1:45 hours at 70-75% max heart rate.

Friday Morning: Repeat Sundays Chest workout.

Friday Afternoon Bicycle 1:45 hours X 70-75% of mhr.

    Saturday; Off

Once your start using anabolics/HGH your strength will increase. Your weights will increase obviously. If your doing maximum weights then most people can't do more than 2-3 sets per exercise. However everyone is vastly different. Dorian used few sets and was in and out of the gym in around an hour or so. Arnold used to train for 4+ hours a day 6 days a week and well, he looked pretty darn good. If after you've been on anabolics and HGH for a while. Try doing a more intense work out with everything you normally do and then get it slowly down into a 1 hour time frame.

Now, I see a lot of people say they work out for hours but if your watch them, most of the time they socialize with their friends in between sets. Talking for 5-10 minutes between sets yet they will tell you they don't and say I train for hours...seriously? If you're in the gym and resting more than 45 secs to 2 min between sets you're not going to last 2+ hours unless your using light weights. Try to change your routine up in the sense your training is fast paced and heavier weights fewer sets. There is no "right" way to train...As i said what works for you may not work for most folks.

What kind of gym do you train in? Mostly machines or a gym with a mix of free weights and machines?

  13. Actually, the sarcasm went over your read. It was in reference to your first post "OK here the true story behind GH15..." Just like when I use the word, "ain't". And since you are in a pedantic mood, "english" should be capitalized.

So you see nothing about gh15 being banned? Well, again, I guess because you said it it must be so. GetBig is my main board and I have been posting there for over 15 years. I'm there almost daily. I'm not really into hardcore bbing and that is a good board to, as gh15

would say, "baloni around". I assure you, gh15 has been banned. That's why he went from posting almost daily to nothing since December.

And "hell bent" on claiming the current gh15 is the one and same? I responded once to that claim. None of this discussion centered on that

issue. And I'm putting words in your mouth? I am hell bent on disputing liars and challenging those who speak as if they are some kind of authority as to the "true story behind gh15" which you erroneously claim.

And once again you say things you don't mean, "And I could care less what you think." (Though I think you mean "I couldn't care less" but I don't want to seem pedantic). You care a lot. That's why you keep responding to me even though you said you "will say no more."

And why did I use the word "sources"? A word that you claim that I, "... keep using the word "sources". I have never posted in this weird conversation anything about sources. But you also keep putting words in my mouth when I haven't said anything of the sort, that's convenient to keep your argument going."

Well, I don't know, maybe it was in response to this statement, "the rest is history. How do I know this?

...a good reporter never divulges his sources. Trust me those guys are now or at least have sourced many places"

    You need to read gooder.

    Still mad?

Wutang...I thought that sounded familiar some how. Of all the handles you picked a reference to the Hip Hop group call Wutang Clan...

    That's funny.LOL

Pedantic... Yeah, Im sure you use that word in your everyday conversations...LOL

No, Im more existential I would say.

I think you have too much time on your hands bro. Maybe I do too for bothering to reply to you...LOL You're too wrapped up in this GH15 controversy. I think maybe take Dorian's advice and try yoga and meditation since you're not into lifting. Not to mention the old saying: Be careful of the company you keep.

I have nothing against you Wutang clan man. I don't have a dog in the fight against gh15 for that matter.

But you have made it clear how dedicated you are to gh15...Good for you.

So, you see? I helped you win some brownie points with him...now you should be "Supreme Jedi of the Universe of the generation nothingness...WOW,That woud be something to be proud of huh?

You never know, maybe I'm really gh15 or maybe not.

    Be safe.

  14. Who's this black, fat guy?

I just said, its one of the GH15 crew.

gh15 was in the beginning one persona.

Now its a business with several people interacting, one of which is a huge obese black guy. And of course all his followers who love to fight and argue with people like me.

People like me meaning those who know better. That gh15 now, is not who gh15 was in the beginning.

  15. You keep using the word "sources" I have never posted in this weird conversation anything about sources. But you also keep putting words in my mouth when I haven't said anything of the sort, that's convenient to keep your argument going.

Last night I went on GetBig and I didn't see anything in the gh15 profile that he was or is banned.

The original gh15 and the one today are not the same that's obvious to most people. The original gh15 claimed to be a pro-BB who placed high in the Olympia.

Regardless, talking to you is like talking to my Mother-in-Law. Doesn't matter what I say, I'm wrong.

And I could care less what you think.

frankly, I could care less who gh15 is now. He, as of the last few years has proven himself to be an idiot without anyone's help.

The original gh15 was knowledgeable but this current gh15 is just silly and obviously annoying.

I find it strange that you are so hell-bent on saying GH15 that runs the gh15 site is the same original gh15 from getting big.

You and the current gh15 go out and have a few beers tonight, and tell him and his crew for me to not worry no one is threatening his little money making scam.

    So, carry on bro.

    No hard feelings.

Oh, one last thing...proper English would be in your first sentence: You don't read so "well"...not; you don't read so good. I guess you picked up lousy english from your fat friend.

  16. LOl, I guess I hit a nerve huh...LOL

I still don't see you "Proving your position... So where's the proof?

If you can not Prove your position that GH15 was not EVER Nasser ( in the beginning) Then, I say shut your mouth about it.

I say it was indeed Nasser, I have no proof... ZERO, Nothing that I can share, no documents, no texts, no nothing.

    And neither do you apparently.

Yet you are still going off on me?

I don't know GH15 ( as the person now acting as such) but you know GH15 very well (your words)...seems you should be the one with proof there Kojak.

So, either you show proof, not arguments and theories but real black and white Proof to back yourself up...otherwise whats the point of keeping this going?

Actually, I have an Idea...if your guy/guys who now claim to be GH15 have always been GH15, go back to GetBig dot com, find the very first post there by GH15 and edit it by saying: "Here ya go Titan, suck on this"...hey, then I'll own my mistakes...and I'll publicly apologize. LOL

My guess is the GH15 will say "well I don't remember my password from that site"...blah, blah blah...

If you can't prove your argument then its just an opinion...I know...same applies to me, right? I agree.

but you keep on and on about it, so here is your chance and all the scum ( I'm not calling you scum just the GH15 gang) now posing as GH15 to show me to the door.

    Your move stud muffin.

  17. I hear this more and more over the last few years. You know what I think its from?

    Your household WIFI.

WIFI is essentially a microwave emitter. Microwaves can and have been used and recognized many times before as a weapon.

try turning off both the router and the WIFI at night and only turn it on when you need to.

  18. If this is passed it would effectively do away with the use of most SARMS altogether.

What would be the point of using them if both AAS and SARMs are illegal might as well use roids...

Hatch, Whitehouse Introduce Legislation to Empower DEA’s Regulation of SARMs

Washington, DC— US Senators Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) introduced the SARMs Control Act of 2018. Selective androgen receptor modulators, or SARMs, are synthetic drugs designed to mimic the effects of testosterone. This bipartisan bill builds on the success of the Designer Anabolic Steroids Control Act of 2014 by extending the Drug Enforcement Administration’s authority to regulate anabolic steroids to include SARMs.

SARMs are associated with serious safety concerns, including the potential to increase the risk of heart attack or stroke and life-threatening reactions like liver damage. They are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use, they are illegally marketed and sold as dietary supplements, and they are banned in all professional and college sports.

“SARMs are synthetic drugs that have negative effects similar to those of anabolic steroids,” Hatch said. “Even though SARMS are not approved by the FDA for human use and pose the same safety risks as anabolic steroids, they have proliferated under a regime in which they are not subject to the same controls. The SARMs Control Act closes this loophole to ensure that the DEA has the authority it needs to prevent abuse and diversion of these dangerous substances.”

“American consumers deserve to know if they’re buying seriously dangerous drugs slipped into everyday dietary supplements,” said Whitehouse. “This bipartisan legislation will build on successful anti-designer steroids legislation we’ve already passed to help protect American consumers.”

    Statements of Support:

The legislation has received letters of support from the US Anti-Doping Agency and Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association, as well as leaders of the dietary supplement industry.

Michael McGuffin, President, Herbal Products Association; Scott Melville, President & CEO, Consumer Healthcare Products Association; Steve Mister, President & CEO, Council for Responsible Nutrition; Loren Israelsen, President, United Natural Products Alliance; Travis Tygart, President & CEO, US Anti-Doping Agency:“Each of our organizations has consistently supported efforts to enact and enforce laws to protect consumers, eliminate bad actors marketing illegal substances masquerading as legal products, and prosecute criminals who manufacture and sell them. Your bill will help move toward this goal. The SARMs Control Act is a bold step, adding teeth to prevention and enforcement efforts in the battle against illegal substances being marketed as legitimate products. The dietary supplement industry and USADA stands ready to work with you and all of Congress to deliver a strong bill to the President.”

Dominick L. Strokes, Vice President for Legislative Affairs, Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association:“FLEOA endorses this legislation giving additional authority to the Drug Enforcement Administration to enforce the illegal sales of SARMs. It is our belief this legislation will help save the lives of individuals who are unaware of the serious side effects of these supplements. We look forward to standing with you on this important bipartisan legislation.”

    Background:

The FDA recently issued warning letters to three companies for distributing products that contain SARMs, noting that the products are unapproved drugs that have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety and effectiveness. The United States Anti-Doping Agency and the Department of Defense Operation Supplement Safety program warn about the risks of SARMs. Despite these enforcement actions and education efforts, SARMs are increasingly being purchased through the Internet by athletes, recreational bodybuilders, and members of the armed forces.

The SARMs Control Act of 2018 builds on the success of the Designer Anabolic Steroids Control Act of 2014 (Pub. L. No. 113-260) by extending the Drug Enforcement Administration’s authority to regulate anabolic steroids to include SARMs. Specifically, the SARMs Control Act of 2018 would:

    Amend the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) to add SARMs to the list of Schedule III controlled substances, ensuring that SARMs are regulated in the same manner as anabolic steroids;

    Add a definition of the term “SARM,” including a list of specified substances and a process for the Attorney General to add substances to the definition of SARM;

    Prohibit importing, exporting, manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, or possessing with intent to manufacture, distribute, or dispense any SARM, or any product containing a SARM, unless it is properly labeled;

Add certain offenses related to SARMs to the definition of “felony drug offense” and the civil penalty provisions of the CSA; and

Require that the FDA provide to the DEA information related to dietary supplements that the FDA determines may contain a SARM, as it already does for supplements that may contain anabolic steroids.
