IM......i actually pin glutes with it.......just bend your knee to a 90 degree angle by putting it on a short table or something.

then i can hit the ventro glute or anywhere on the glute that i would stick a regular needle....you can still aspirate every time also once you get the hand of it.

Yes...the oil just needs to be in the muscle....it doesnt really matter how far in there

inject with a slin pin..... and never prime the pin w the tren oil....this makes the tren enter the bloodstream and you will cough everytime.

Do the rehab everyday......100 to 1000 curls on that arm everyday with super light wight...plus whatever else they have you doing.

I had bone grow in the tissue over the re attached tendon so that is why my recovery was so long.

I must say after 2.5 years of my home rehab the arm looks pretty good....crazy shit it my tricep atrophied more than the bicep so it was hard to get the tricep size back

looked everywhere, seems like they sell bench as a whole but not padding only. trying to do some exotic hammer strength movements like Charles Glass does using bench pads. anyone have any idea where to find one?

That's fine everyone is entitled to they're own opinion. I can't judge you. If it helps you I know of many other products from tsm from local guys that's are good to go. Even tsm anavar is good to go when there is so many other bad sources for anavar or questionable at best. Especially with all this lab max testing recent surge. But that's not the point on my I original statement.

I got these kits for a few guys one I think is in his upper 40's and 2 are in their 50's. They are all taking 5ius a day, they only wanted to take 2.5 ius a day and when I got my results I told them to double it. And I had to give each guy a free kit out if my pocket because I felt responsible since I got these kits for them.

 

I'm going to ask them how they feel or if they feel any thing at all. Two of these guys have taken gh before the other one hasn't.

Micro i know your history with these green tops ...and i know your test score was real low....i was asking the other guy because he has had alot of input on this but seems to never have even tried the kits or ordered them...so he is just adding to the drama by calling TSM a complete scammer.

I know many people here do not like TSM because of the way he went after Mutant and JA back in the day but to call them " complete bullshit scammers" because 1 batch tested low after 15 years of great service makes the guy sound like he has no clue as to hat he is talking about and just running his mouth.

And i have run his recent Kefs....the greens before these...and the current greens in question...and no doubt these greens in question are a little weak compared to the last batches.....these are like the novos he used to have.

TSMrep is complete bullshit scammer, way to destroy his business with his unprofessional tactics. I tried to ignore him blasting micro for his green top serum results even though it was getting to me how he was treating micro after all mic's ever done is provide input to the community unbiased.

 

Goes to show you the only real person worthy of business through OLM is HK and that guy has never failed.

I hope they test high......i have seen quite a few of them and pretty happy all the way around.

i like the angle on the lower part of the back pad...allows you to open up the chest cavity.

i have seen one built like that before years go in a gym ....the gym owner was a welder also and built every piece in the gym.
