  1. Horseshoe I also was doing reads when I hurt my bicep. It also gives me problems (left bi) when I do any curling kind action or picking up a weight to put on weight bar. I took like a month off when my ex dead. Started lifting last nite bicep still hurts when I do bicep movements. Any ideas

     

    No good bro hopefully you didn't tear your tendon, if it keeps hurting I would see a ortho. Did your left arm pop in the elbow crease when you hurt it. Sorry to hear about the ex brother.

  2. I learned dead lifts can mess up more then your back. Tore my bicep tendon and had surgery last week to fix it. Ortho said I'm looking at 3 months before I can start using my arm again. Has this happened to anyone else and any ideas to speed up recovery time.

  3. Been training for 11 years now wanted to switch things up so i started training twice a day. Only been at it a week, wondering if anyone else doing this and do you get anymore results from it vs once a day?

  4. Can you really trust something that bleeds for 7 days and doesn't die??? Like it was sais above women are great actors, and if they didn't want you to find something out you wouldn't.
