    I'm not new here - first found AB in 2007, and on a few occasions I've been somewhat involved here. For the past while though, I've been preoccupied and MIA here on AB. I'm back for now at least, so I thought I would say hello.

    I'm currently having great strength and endurance gains on 250mg/week of test and 300mg/week of deca with virtually no sides. I'm sure pro BBs need a lot more juice to put on massive amounts of muscle tissue - but I'm no body builder - I'm an athlete - a big difference.

    I dont post much, but... been around since most were in elementary school. I have been on this board since it opened and hands down this is one of the best boards out there for advice. BUT!!!! to people new to this game stop listening people who tell you its ok to do this or that or run this and that...... 80 % are people who copy posts from other boards and have no clue what they are talking about. Im so tired of seeing people agree to people running 4 or 5 compounds to make you meet your goals.......Steroids are NOT for the lazy people to get a jump start....if your not working out for 4 to 5 days a weeks for a couple years min.... you shouldnt even be thinking about it!!!!! your a rookie!!!! I run test and test only and I promise you im bigger than the majority..... MORE IS NOT BETTER....stop listening to these idiots telling you it is.... I have plenty of friends who compete who run high doses.... its their living.... its not yours.....Getting big is about commitment to the gym... not to more juice.....steroids will help you on your journey but over doing it means your lazy in my eyes and I promise you if you do over do it...... it will come and bite you in the ass.... Just realize if your listening to a lot of people who give advice they have never take the time to research shit themselves and are following some other idiot who may be a 300 pound fat fuck....This is your life..... steroids are safe.... IF TAKEN PROPERLY!!!!! EVERYONE YOU LISTEN TO ON THESE BOARDS ARE NOT DOCTORS! For you who are giving advice and your on your 4th or 5th cycle STOP!!!! you dont know shit.....thats great you have your own experience but you are far from giving advice to ANYONE....RANT OVER LESSON>>>>DONT GIVE ADVICE IF YOUR COPYING POSTS!!!! LEARN ABOUT YOUR COMPOUNDS PLEASE!!!!!!!!
  3. I eat raw eggs nearly every day and have for many years. Typically, one in every 30,000 eggs are contaminated. I only use cage-free organic eggs, which have yet a smaller risk of Salmonella. I also wash the outside of the egg with hot soapy water before putting them in my smoothy. I also supplement with biotin every day, so I'm not too worried about that deficiency. To each his own.

  4. All three of these increase my appetite quite a bit:

     

    1. GHRP-6

    2. EQ

    3. Megace

     

    Like others have suggested above, I would eat more fats. I add peanut butter to my shakes, along with olive/coconut/avocado oils. These fats are all relatively healthy and will make getting 5000 calories a day MUCH easier.

  5. Take all of this with a grain of salt. I recommend starting off with an even lower dose of Test. You can always taper up and get increased effects over the course of a cycle. 250mg/week of test is still much more than you would create naturally and can bring with it some good gains. i.e. work your way up to 500mg/week.

  6. you will feel a lump or bulge...if its umbilical it will be in the belly button area....inguinal hernias are in the lower abdomen just above the crease of ur leg......ur doc will have to diagnose it so further treatment or ordering any type of ct scan.......

     

    I have a small lump behind my belly button. It doesn't hurt, but it feels a little odd. I guess i just need to visit the MD.

  7. tell you I felt same way for awhile till it got really bad and still trying to beat it but I had adrenal fatigue. overtraining,stimulants etc made me this way getn better slowly, not saying you have that but I think everyone should watch there cortisol levels
