Knocked up my girlfriend on a gram of test prop and 525mg tren, and I'd been on a good while. My daughter is now 6, and she's way ahead in school and a beast on the soccer field. Go figure.

I've been working with http://www.shelbystarnes.com for about 18 months. I'd highly recommend him.

I don't necessarily know if RSOC was the first UGL, but I definitely loved their Dry Test Prop. It had 0.67mg of Arimidex & 100mg test prop per mL. I recall Muscular Development running a column discussing various UGLs at the time.

Been working with SS since August and No we are shooting for a NQ in November 2014. I have got to move into the HWs to be more competitive. I already have a pretty decent level of conditioning but he assures me he can tighten me up more and have me a
good not bigger next show.
I haven't competed in ten years, and got away from the lifestyle during much of that time. I still trained, but it wasn't a priority like it had been. I decided to hire Shelby and give it my all for at least one show (probably several :p ). The one I'm doing next spring is a big show, but not a NQ. There are a couple NQ's around the same time, so I may jump in one if the show I'm aiming for goes well. I'd like to be updated of your progress! Good luck!

How long have you been working with Shelby? I started in May of 2012 and have made quite a bit of progress, IMO. I've got one more week of offseason, and then start contest prep. How has your progress been, and are you competing soon?

I ran 4iu/day for several months, got bad hand numbness to the point that sleeping was painful, came off & took 2-3 months for things to get back to normal. Start the Mutant insulin protocol this offseason running 10iu all at once 4x/week, got zero cts symptoms, but bloated more. I'm back at 2.5iu/day and have mild numbness at night. Go figure...

I'd be more concerned with extreme heat in the summer months over the cold in winter. You're looking at maybe 15 degrees lower than recommended storage temperature versus easily going well above 30 degrees too high in the summer. I've never had an issue with either temperature extreme.

About the only short workouts (30-45 minutes) are my abs, calves, or arms. Otherwise, I'm in the gym for about 90 minutes max. I subscribe to much higher volume that John Meadows preaches. It seems to me that the ones who train DC or HIT style have more nagging injuries, but that isn't always the case. High volume works well for me, and I too feel that there is no overtraining; only under-eating and not adequately resting.

I think you'd be better-served with a pre-workout shake, peri-workout shake, and post-workout meal. My preworkout (1 hour prior) consists of 50g whey isolate, 1/2 cup dry measure oatmeal, 1tbsp almond butter, 5g creatine, 5g citrulline malate, 3g beta alanine. The peri-workout shake contains 60-90g karboload (similar to karbolyn), 5g creatine, 5g citrulline malate, 3g beta alanine, 30g pepto-pro (EAAs). Post workout meal (about 1 hour post) is 8oz steak and 2 cups (cooked measure) white rice.

Shelby Starnes handles all of my nutrition, I do my own programming in the gym. John Meadows is another great one. You can send them videos of your questionable lifts, and they can help.

The Kennedy Assassination
I don't believe that Oswald was the only gunman. I don't believe the magic bullet theory, nor that the "pristine bullet" was ever fired through a gun, let alone, traveled through a body. I don't know exactly who was behind it; soviets, Cubans, CIA, the mob, or even Johnson. Many more questions exist than answers, and most answers don't add up.
