The ruling to not indict is a joke. As the old saying goes in law school, you can indict a ham sandwich. Hell the DA didn't even need to have the jury. He could indict em by himself. On the other hand who knows how much info was really gone thru and a "document drop" is just that. They overwhelm you with soooooo much info that you have no idea where to start. You need a legal team to be up to speed on what you are doing 1st, then they can go thru the documents with a fine tooth comb. This all seems too much like a DA washing his hands of this. It stinks and that officer should have been indicted w/o a fukking doubt.

Show me some well-run clinical studies showing there is not a statistically significant difference (p > .05) in the average intelligence of a large sample size (for example 1,000 test subjects) of blacks versus whites. Otherwise, you cannot debate me on this subject dlth....To debate me need you need objective, verifiable facts...you have none......I have many......I can present clinical study after clinical study showing there is a statistically significant difference (p < .05) in the IQ's of blacks versus whites.

 

However, I think both you, me and Bill O'Reilly ALL agree that currently today, circa 2014, the biggest obstacle holding the black race down in the US is the disintegration of the black nuclear family...if we can find a way to fix that (easier said than done), and have black babies born to married Black Mothers and Fathers at very high rates...then over a relatively short period of time you will see enormous positive strides made within the black community.

 

Will the black community ever catch up in socioeconomic status to the white community? Um no. But it doesn't matter if the black community never fully catches up to the white community. If we could even get the percentage of black babies born to unwed single black mothers down to the same incidence of white babies (about 27%), then Black America would very quickly be lifted up tremendously. And I think a lot of people in this country, blacks and whites, would love to see this happen (for blacks to be nearly as successful as whites.[/size]

 

They will never be as successful as whites because of the very real intelligence gap. But I believe they can atleast come close to being as successful as whites. That would make me extremely happy, would make many black Moms and Dads extremely proud to see their little girl and little boy grow up to be excellent, law-abiding citizens, very positive contributing members of society who have good, well-paying jobs, an excellent Bachelors Degree, even a Professional Degree after that, live in good, safe neighborhoods and who have wonderful, very close, loving families themselves. Again, who cares if ultimately blacks are not quite as successful as whites....I think the vast majority of blacks would be very happy if the scenario I just mentioned were able to be played out.

I'm not really trying to debate you and go research statistics on the issue. My only real point is the black race would be fine if they could fix their ghetto mentality and cultural problems. I'm sure Asians rank somewhere in the top ten percent but you don't need to do that in order to function properly in a society. Whether or not blacks have a baseline intelligence that can exactly match whites, I don't know and I don't care. I'm focusing on the problem they are having in America and it's not coming from them have subpar intelligence, it's coming from them being raised to think they should glorify the "thug" lifestyle.

The black African Scholar who wrote the article mentions pretty much exactly what you mention, but goes into even greater detail about how, throughout history, if you compare EVERY location in the history of the world where blacks have settled, versus where whites have settled.....you will find tremendous differences in the degree of technological innovation within that culture (In the black settlement areas, there is usually ZERO technological innovation.....none), the quality of the infrastructure of that society (black settlements basically never even have roads that are travelable, almost never have clean running water, never have well-functioning democratically elected systems of government that are not basically pure chaos)...I mean he uses example after example of how in areas where blacks settle, versus areas where whites settle......the white settlements are relatively very advanced and run very smoothly...whereas the black settlements are always third world..hell fourth world countries where nothing runs smoothly, every part of the black society is in utter chaos and violence is the norm.

 

Clearly, DLTH, you can not explain the differences between white versus black settlements dating back thousands of years....solely on the fact the nuclear black family is in utter shambles. Make your passwords minimimum 15 digits/characters/symbols, 25 more then enough. It would take them like 75+years to crack it. And just to point out, never use the same passwords for your forum passwords and your email, not worth it, and dont be lazy. This is for your safety, etc.

Also never make them a single word, always make them a sentence. Something like "Ilovetogothegym48379$##0" All my passwords are long sentences now.

No, it is actually proving my point by saying it all comes from the bad parenting skills of blacks. Why do blacks seem to do just fine when they are raised by normal parents? Whites are more likely to be raised in a better environment than blacks, thus more successful whites than blacks. These bad parents where raised by bad parents and so on, it goes back for generations. The whole culture is destined to fail because baby momma came from a baby momma and her daughter is going to end up being a baby momma.

A scary prospect, but one we are deffinetely heading towards. Today's world isn't going to get any less technological just to allow a race to catch up in the gene pool.. Sad to say that not everyone will make it as society advances but its deffinetely true.

Black people are not where they are in society because they are less intelligent. They have the same potential as whites when raised in a good home, the real problem is that rarely happens. If you take two twin black babies and separate them at birth and leave one with the crack addicted mother and no father family he's going to grow up a thug, put the other in an educated loving home with two parents and he will more than likely grow up to be successful. Blacks continue to fail because they want to blame the system and whites and not take any personal responsibility. Hey guys yes I have been hacked before years ago when I had an anonymousspeech account. That was it. I was not hacked this time, one of my clients who was using safe-mail was hacked. My countermail account is safe and I dont even log in with the email I have here as its an alias email which is a great feature countermail has so my account is fine. My client now cant even get into his safe-mail account b/c the hacker changed his password. Also at least 3 other big sources here have been hacked the same way as I was so its not just me. More than likely the hacker is the same person and from what I can gather the are probably another source or a high ranking board member/mod. Anyway just to play it safe for now on when I give WU/MG info, I need you to PM me the first 2 letters of the first name and last name. This should ensure safety. And please follow the safety precautions I posted in the first post of this thread.

People have to stop using Safe-mail. I had mine hacked into and the guy changed my password then tried to scam a source. Safemail is not the way to go and if you use it you need to always have the security question set so the person can't change your password and lock you out.

Another witness had told the FBI that Wilson shot Brown in the back and then "stood over him and finished him off." But in his grand jury testimony, this witness acknowledged that he had not seen that part of the shooting, and that what he told the FBI was "based on me being where I'm from, and that can be the only assumption that I have."

The witness, who lives in the predominantly black neighborhood where Brown was killed, also acknowledged that he changed his story to fit details of the autopsy that he had learned about on TV.

"So it was after you learned that the things you said you saw couldn't have happened that way, then you changed your story about what you seen?" a prosecutor asserted.

But when later pressed by the investigator, the friend said he had not seen the actual shooting because he was walking down the stairs at the time and instead had heard details from someone in the apartment complex.

Contrary to the post earlier- The cops they are hiring now are MORE qualified than those in the past. Simply because its much more competitive now in the job market. You have people with LAW degrees taking the NYPD test- I shit you not. There are simply NO JOBS ANYWHERE and anything in the private sector has you paying into medical, a 401k instead of a paid pension, less sick and vacation time, etc. When I was in the job market a lot of companies did all of that but not today. And then you come out of college after spending 100 grand and they offer you a job for 65g. The NYPD job is the fucking worst don't get me wrong but 20 years is over before you know it and you can be 42 years old collecting a nice pension and then you can do whatever the fuck you want with the rest of your life.

So now- more people are seeing this and choosing to become cops. They have more to choose from now.

What do you mean by "the past"? How long ago? I don't know what NYPD is doing but I was in law enforcement about 8 years ago and they started me off at 13.50/hour. That's dam sure not competitive. I have a degree in criminal justice and all it got me was an extra 20$ per paycheck. The standards here are actually pretty low. A high school degree, no felonies, and not having smoked a cigarette in the last 6 months and you're pretty much in after the academy.

That's exactly when he did call for backup, after he tried to grab his gun. Brown fled, he called for back up, and then pursued. He could've waited for the back up.

 

But Wilson didn't deserve to be indicted, I'm not saying he did everything absolutely correct, but he didn't do anything criminal.

It's his job to go after him. It's his job to protect the public. Back up or not you have to go after people, it just comes with the job.

Blacks are sought after by police departments to get hired. When I was applying is said right on the application "minorities and females are encouraged to apply". Police deal with blacks fairly often so it's understandable that they want quit a few of them working for them.

Youre 100% right. But if he feared for his life, just wait for backup. He chased after him, as big as he is he wasn't getting away at a record pace. Wait for back up, and if it still went down how it ended up, at least you have several officers accounts.

That's ridiculous, you don't sit around and wait 5 minutes for backup. You call for backup when you think a situation will require it, he saw two kids walking down the street in broad daylight, he's not going to assume he needs backup just to tell them to get on the side walk. Police work is dangerous, it's your job to chase after him. He can call for backup while he's pursuing them on foot. You think after Brown went for his gun he should call for backup and just sit there and watch a potential cop killer run away? If police waited around for backup everytime they had to chase somebody nobody would get caught.

Sounds like they shoulnd't be allowed to be a cop if they are that mediocre. I'd expect that such a position would be held by someone who was ex-military and had good marksmenship or someone who went through training and has shown good marksmenship.

 

If you think it is that hard to hit a 300lb+, 6'4 dude in a vital area even under duress, then you must be kidding yourself, especially his head if he is charging straight at you like it was stated. IDK if you seen Brown but he was a big headed dude. And it's not like the cop was little himself either.

It's harder than you think to hit somebody in that situation. You have to qualify at the academy but it's the police force, they aren't training you to be a sniper. Put yourself in Wilson's position and you'll see hitting somebody is not easy.

Cops are trained where the lethal shots are on the body. If a cop cannot hit a head or any other of deadly spots, then they don't need to be shooting or carrying a firearm.

Thank you. I've actually seen people ask questions like "why don't the cops shoot the knife or gun out of somebody's hand". lol...that's so fucking stupid it's comical. Some people watch way to many movies. We were trained to shoot center mass, "shoot to stop", it use to be "shoot to kill" but I think they changed it for political reasons. If you aren't shooting to "stop" then the situation has not escalated to deadly force and you should not be using your gun in the first place.
