  1. mmm.. Train with dumbells. Train your chest from top down. Go deep with presses. Squeeze your chest in when you pump up. Don't go too heavy as your arms will do the pushing. And don't forget pec flys on the bench. Get a good stretch out and squeeze in. Again make sure you sqeeze with your chest. All this on dumbells only. Stay away from the machines and straight bar. And if your chest is stubborn, hit it with volume.

  2. About 3000 mg/week. Ive done many many cycles in my 10 years of competing. Just to name a few....back in the late 90's one of my cycles consisted of 3mL of Reforvit B daily. Another cycle I remember doing a Sus250(preload from Mx) every day.

    I have a copy of my blood work showing my test levels 7076 ng/dL. I have been offered good money for the cycle I was on at the time, but haven't given it up.

    Also, I always run 4 to 7 different items in a cycle.

    1-6 var @ 60mg ed

    1-8 test p @ 100mg eod

    1-8 npp @ 100mg eod

     

    I've used both deca and npp. And npp seemed to have a little less water retention. This was one of my favorite cutter. Only instead of var I used the original 1-ad in the begining. I think var would've been much better.

    I would also recommend test p,tren, and mast for one of the best cutter out there. But since this will be only your 3rd cycle, I would wait atleast wait till it's your 5th one. Tren is pretty hardcore.
