That's why you got people on that forum mega dosing on Tren, low test theory; 150-180 pounds guys juicing out their minds. some trunked up shyt Gh15 started up and people took that shyt as the gospel. so people can take the high tren/low test and wonder why they are not putting on weight. Tren does not allow it.

     

    The middle eastern theory of high anabolics, low test I don't buy it. You really think Big Ramy did low test high anabolics?

  2. It depends on the body part I do chest twice a week, one day I do inclines,flys and cable crossovers and dumbell bench and heavy negatives. Then the other chest day I rep 225 flat bench maximum amount of reps.

    To anyone who who wants to try a killer chest work out try this:

    225 for max reps followed by 25 push-ups

    225 max reps/ 25 push-ups

    185 max reps/25 push-ups

    185 max reps/25 push-ups

  3. A buddy of mine who was 290-300 trying to get his pro card, he would start at 1-1.5gram of test and increase it weekly. He laughed when I brought up the low/test high tren idea to put on mass. He told me that high test/deca to grow. The. Switch out to tren or EQ.

  4. To get size for example scale weight high test is a must, then to shape and refine your physique you throw in the low test, high tren, relatively speaking you would use that combo during precontest. But pure size is high test and lots of it.
