I think the term "flagged" is misused a lot when it comes to seizures. If the same name or address gets put into the database numerous times or it's a large seizure you may have a problem. In these cases they may try to do a controlled delivery, which is rare. There are thousands upon thousands of packages shipped every day and not a lot of inspectors. I doubt you have much to worry about.....but that's your call I guess.

Also, as already mentioned by someone else. The packages shipped from certain "hot spots" are scrutinized more closely. Stay away from shippers in those areas.
