  1. Boards haven't changed in 20. +yrs on .sensitive.people always trying belittle the next man ... I just asked a simple question . A question Iv never felt the need to ask... I will check the newbie section ... My mind ain't as sharp at my age.. all that prison food and gear rotted my brain . Thanks for info I already knew. Changing inject sites.... I'm not starting a pissing contest but iv never in probably thousands of hours on boards "Gymace, steroid.c-m . Never seen this question asked.... But I appreciate you trying answer my question . For future reference DNT assume someone is newbie and totally ignorant . Have some respect ,DNT be an ass...

Bro, not sure what kind of an answer you expected for such a general question. There are a million different sites you can inject and there is no limit to how much you can inject total. What really matters is how much you are putting in each site and how often, and that in itself varies on the specifics of what you are injecting(i.e oil or water, strength, BA%, etc..).

    yeah but the summers....whoooooaaa

I grew up in Maryland as well as I spent a few years in Florida at U of Miami, and I will take 115 and 18% humidity over 90 and muggy. We do have a monsoon season that lasts a couple months where some days the humidity gets quite a bit higher and is really uncomfortable, but usually the temperature drops down then below 110. Too bad we don't have a beach though, but perhaps when Cali falls into the ocean.

    AGE: 49

    Sept 2019 Results

200mgs Phama once a week test was done 6 days after pin)

    TT: 887

    FT: 34.7

EST: 1769 (this was after fighting with him to increase my AI or change it to aroma he wouldn't change it but increased the adex to 1mg a day)

I have tested as low as 578 total test and as high as the one above the September test was my highest.

Before trt when I was just blasting and cruising I would get by levels checked and even when my test was over 2000 my estro was never higher than 150. Going to a endo in March to see if I find out whats up and hopefully get aroma.

I started letro and aroma after that last test from a vendor and feel great now.

Did you run E2(high sensitive) or total estrogen? If total estrogen then its meaningless in regards to whether or not to use an AI.

  5. I've never witnessed this happen (yet) but with how many people have their cell phones in the weight room, I am sure eventually I will. Just curious as to what people think or would react to this.

As mentioned, a lot of people have their cell phones with them on the weight floor. A good percentage of these people also will put them on the floor next to their bench or machine they are using. Obviously this leaves it vulnerable to being damaged or broken. So what if, in front of the dumbbell racks, someone has their phone sitting on the floor with their water bottle, notebook, etc all next to their bench. Someone on the bench next to them gets injured and consequently drops their dumbbells, or just kind of drops them (not like throwing them) after their set, or something feels weird during their set so they bail to try to prevent an injury and drop the dumbbells. The dumbbell(s) bounces/rolls/smashes and ends up damaging the person's phone. Curious to know what you guys think in terms of who is at fault/responsible, who should pay, how much each person should pay if they're going to split the cost, etc. Those types of things.

I've wondered about this before but never posted on a forum or asked anyone IRL what they thought about it. Only partially related, but I was front squatting today for my medium lower day & two guys came in & took the rack next to me (like why? Why not take the rack next to the attractive girl? but whatever lol) & somehow one of them, while racking the bar after a set of squats, manages to slide both plates off one side of the bar & the plates then slammed down onto the floor between our racks. This happened during my set while I had 295lbs racked across my front delts so I was just like WTF? Nothing was damaged, but this incident just kind of confirmed for me how stupid some of the newer people at my gym are. But that is kind of what prompted my question.

    What say you guys?

I actually get annoyed when I see peoples phones laying on the floor or just sitting somewhere out in the open(many times they set it on the stand that holds all the different handles for the cables). The gym gets crowded at times and nobody is paying attention to what is laying on the floor or around them and shit is going to happen unintentionally. For example, I can't tell you how many times I have set the dumbbells down on the floor and one or both start to roll a bit to the side. People need to keep their phones on their body in some manner or its your own damn fault if it gets broke.

  6. I have talked too many, many people that know a lot about GH, and none think the generics are GH.

This is laughable and based on nothing factual. In fact, your people who supposedly know a lot about GH are clueless if they don't believe that some of the generics are real GH. I say this based on actual facts and knowledge. Even if you don't know me or trust my knowledge; simply look at all the lab tests out there on many generics.

I will say the Greys from PD were very good a couple years ago or so. Closest to pharma GH I have ever used for generics.

Lol, probably because they were produced by a pharmaceutical company that also produces a GH product that looks identical, only it has a label on it.

  7. Now that im getting older, people in general frown upon physical altercations. Not sure if agree but i get it. I dont mean bar fights. I stopped that bullshit long ago. Long story short, a guy owes me 5k. Not a ton of money but enough to make me go to bed angry every night now when i think about it. This isnt a friend or family. I dont even care for the guy. Hes a little disrespectful. You would not like him. Its work related tho. Basically I wasnt paid for a service provided. Not my main job but a legal side hustle on weekends. Anyone of my people i speak to say "its not worth it". "Thats not going to help". "Youre not 20 anymore" Blah blah. Which im sure is probably some soild advice. The question being, where do i draw the line then? Someone can just do anything to me for the rest of my life with no repercussions? Am i supposed to call 911? Lol. I would never in my life count on the US judicial system. Its a joke. Ive never been one to call authorities regardless of the scenario anyway. Thats just how ive been since i was a kid. So what options do you have? Sue them? Again. Thats not my thing. Maybe if it was 100k and no way to get it back or someshit, idk. Plus there is a gray area there where it would be my word against his on certain aspects. Im old school and think men should be able to settle things man to man. All this new age shit is just the doing of millenial men with low T. Pussy shit. But i have zero interest in to going hundreds of dollars deeper into the hole and waste days more of my life anyway pursuing civil court shit. So lets say i do let this go. What if i catch a man in bed with my wife? Or what if they take all of my money? Or something worse. Im supposed to just never retaliate and leave it all the courts hands? Bullshit. I know worst case scenario, if or when i ever act on it, i go to jail. My job is a type that also prosecutes me in certain scenarios via their own channels. (Some of you have the same career based off some screen names i see occasionally). So i guess i just lay down here. Do nothing. thats the adult thing to do? Thats a tough pill to swallow. Sorry to ramble on here. Been a long day and just sinking in i may not see a penny of this cash. I will see this guy around town. Its a fairly small city i live in for work. Ive been sleeping on it and still feels unresolved. Kind of makes me feel like a coward not to slap this guy up a little bit.

Ok, I am going to be the buzzkill voice of common sense, lol. Being older I can relate to the change in the frame of mind that your people speak of. The thing you have to think about is what do you hope to accomplish and is it worth the risk/consequences? Say you do kick his ass, you then have to worry about him filing criminal charges against you and suing you for medical bills and pain and suffering. And suppose he is badly hurt, you can have some serious charges against you. Suppose you get hurt, suppose he is carrying a gun or a knife.

You really have to think about all the possible scenarios of what could happen and decide if the pleasure you get from seeing him in pain is worth all that; because once it happens you can't go back in time have a redo. For 5K, you can goto small claims court(call Judge Judy, lol); its simple and doesn't involve lawyers or a lot of time. You could also try some aggressive collection techniques like going to his place of work and asking for your money.

  8. At work I was invited to be on an interview panel, we were given DIRECT instructions to read the questions to the applicants they way they were written!!! It was a long day as we had 20 people to interview but we started the day and two guys interviewed that English wasn't their first language, but this job requires to have good English skills to communicate, so they didn't do very well. My bosses even re-iterated that that's the way it was going to be no helping them.

Well a few applicants after those two and a really pretty hispanic woman comes in kind of in a lower cut blouse which in my opinion wasn't very professional and my boss right away took notice of her...but whatever...... we start the interview and she is so nervous is visibly kind of shaking my boss tells is really trying to calm her down and orders me to give her the questions in Spanish which I refused!! He didn't care about the other two guys, but for her he was going to coddle her!!

Anyways the day finishes and I get written up for insubordination which I fought and won, but it put a real deep divide into mine and my bosses' working relationship. I don't know if I did the right thing, but I felt that we were given specific instructions and we were to follow them to a T. I was really pissed off at my boss for putting me in a situation like that and I have been really stressed out the last two weeks fighting this. This guy ALWAYS flirts with women at work and all of his girlfriends have been women from work which isn't healthy and he's been talked to a couple of times (not in trouble but TALKED to) for "flirting" with women there. If I did what this dude does they would be calling me Weinstein Jr!!

Do you guys think I did the right thing in not following his orders?

You definitely did the right thing. But now you need to document the incident with HR to cover your ass in case he turns against you. This is not someone I would want to work with or would be comfortable with being my boss.

  9. So what's fucked up about this, like him or not, consensual or not.., what ever happened to due process..?

    Innocent until proven guilty..!

Why retract his eligibility to compete & defend his title this go around, hasn't been to trial yet.

Didn't Kobe Bryant still get to play during his allegations.?

What's the difference here. Except one is the NBA the other the IFFB , still "not" convicted.. and that David PeckerHead he's in cahoots with all sorts of bullshit & corruption

Lets take a hypothetical situation: You run a daycare center for kids. One of your workers is accused by one of your customers mom of molesting her child and there is enough evidence that the police arrest the worker for the molestation. Would you let that worker continue to work there with direct contact with the kids? Now suppose you are a parent whose 2 kids goto that daycare center. Are you ok sending your kids there when he is working and going to say, "well he hasn't been found guilty yet so all is good"?

My point is that he(Rhoden) should be suspended until the trial is over and then final action taken once the trial is over and the scenario can be re-evaluated. If he is falsely accused and has enough evidence, Rhoden can then sue his accuser for damages as well as future damages as even if he is found innocent his reputation is scarred forever.

It sucks, but there are no winners in these type of situations. These type of allegations have to be taken seriously and both parties involved have a tough road ahead of them.

  10. Thanks for the kind words and donations. The past 2 1/2 years of my life have been unreal. I have been doing my best to not show my pain to many people, but it has been unbearable at times and I don't wish this on anybody, not even my worst enemy. You can't describe what it has been like in words, its something that you can only understand once you experience it. I knew it would be bad, but never imagined feeling the way I did for every single day for over 2 years and with no end in sight for most of the time. The only reason I held on was because I have 2 young kids that need a dad(my wife gets mad when I say this, she says "what about me?", lol). Anyway, some selfless person who has never met me before donated a kidney to me and hopefully my nightmare should be ending soon. The new kidney is functioning great but I have had a few complications and had to have another surgery wednesday due to a huge hematoma trapped under my abdominal muscle. If all goes well and no further complications, I should be back to work and a normal life in a couple of months. I honestly can't remember what its like to live a normal life or to wake up and actually look forward to the day. I can't wait to start the 2nd chapter of my life!!!

  11. How did you know something was wrong? What where your symptoms?

Its a long story, but I don't know that my situation could have prevented and there were no symptoms until it was too late. What happened was that my immune system attacked kidneys and ate them up quickly. Most likely it was from a virus, but no way to ever know.

  12. How long do you have to do dialysis? Is it something you need to do for the rest of your life?

Until I get kidney transplant. If you aren't eligible for a kidney transplant then it is for the rest of your life. Unfortunately, the kidney transplant process takes much longer than it should due to the politics of shitty healthcare system that puts patient care last. We have over 40 donors that came forward since June; many who said that if they are not a match for me, they would like to give kidney to someone whom they are a match for. Thus far, they have evaluated 3 of those people.

  13. your kidneys remove fluid and waste from your body. When you dont have working kidneys anymore fluid and waste backs up in the body and can even get into the lungs. He told me his potassium levels were sky high the in the hospital and he had fluid in his lungs.

That reminds of something very important. He is going to need to remove as much fluid as possible with dialysis and keep it off in between sessions. You would be surprised how much water you hold in different places of the body that you don't realize. Many times it will surround the heart and limit the contraction which is also part of the lowered EF/heart failure. For some reason it seems to pool in my lungs very easily and I am always coughing up blood. Getting all the water off can be very painful because of the cramping you get; especially in the calf's; but its essential. Once he gets the fluid off and gets adequate dialysis, he will be much healthier; but it takes a while to really dial things in.

  14. Yeah he goes mon-wed-fri for about 4 hours or something. How long have you been going 6 days a week for? He was telling me there's a dialysis you can do at home while your sleeping but it has to be done everyday. I'm going to mention this to him thanks

I do it at home through NxStage. It can be done at night, but I believe a fistula is required due to regulations as well as there are so many machine alarms and malfunctions, I would never get any sleep and constantly worry about something going wrong. He will definitely want to look into the Nxstage as doing it 6-7 days a week is going to be much healthier for him and its so much more comfortable doing it yourself at home; but it is a lot of work(I actually am on the machine right now while watching Live PD I recorded last night).

  15. One of my close friends has pretty much gone through hell this year. Hes been training his entire life and makes me look small. He was having a hard time breathing back in the summer so he went to the hospital. They did some basic blood work and saw that his kidneys were way off. His creatinine was around 14 and went all the way up to 16 something. His BUN was in the 100s I think. His GFR was around 5. We has in the ER for a good week had a biopsy and it came back that he had this rare kidney scaring disease called FSGS and over 70% of his kidneys were totally destroyed. They put a catheter on his chest and started him on dialysis. The guy still trained in the gym on the days he didn't have dialysis but just not as hard obviously. They wanted to put a fistula in his arm but he wont do it since he would never be able to train again.

Last month his catheter got infected and he spent another week in the hospital. Last week he ended up in the hospital a 3rd time. He skipped one dialysis appointment and the following night his girlfriend found him around 2am on the ground in the living room shaking and foaming out of the mouth. She called 911 the medics came and he ended up on life support with a huge breathing tube shoved down his throat. He woke up in the ICU 24 hours later barely remembering what happened. His potassium levels from missing a dialysis shot up in the 9s and it made his heart fail he was told. I went to the ER and visited him. I was in shock when he told me what happened. Now he has to take 4 different heart meds and can't even get a kidney transplant if he wanted to because his heart is to weak for the surgery. His EF is 20-25% now. He told me one doctor told him he should get a heart and kidney transplant at the same time. He got out of the ER Wednesday evening and wants to get back in the gym already he told me. Training is one of the few things that make him happy.

He thinks hes going to be dead within a year. He's only in is mid 30's too. One of the nicest guys you would ever meet too. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He doesn't really go on the message boards but he asked me to tell everyone his story. He said he wouldn't wish this on his worse enemy and wants to tell everyone to make sure to get bloodwork done and if anything ever seems off in your body to go see a doctor or get to a hospital ASAP. I think he told me he was experiencing a little foam in his urine and ankle swelling for a few months before he finally went to the ER. He told me hes going to start doing some at home dialysis but it needs to be done every day or something. He had bloodwork done about 3-4 years ago and his kidneys were fine. His creatinine was .08 back then.

Been dealing with the same shit for almost 2 years and wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy.

Airsmith, tell your friend to keep going to the gym and get on the treadmill as well. In addition, he needs more dialysis and will have to fight for it because the doctors aren't used to people who don't fit the standard "one size fits all" treatment philosopohy. I was in the same position where my kidneys poisoned my heart because I was not getting adequate dialysis. My EF plummeted to 25% and I was told that I would need a heart transplant first if I survived. Once I started getting dialysis 6 days a week and got back in the gym, it took me 7 weeks to get my EF up to the 50's. I pray for your friend, he has a rough road ahead for himself and his family.

  16. So I guess it would surprise you all to find out that both S74 and SM are correct, or at least both have correct information. T3 depending on dose, should certainly be tapered off as per medical protocol. Now, in reality the evidence also shows otherwise. I told a doc buddy of mine about this argument this morning. He asked what I said and I laughed and of course told him, not a damn thing, its fun watching them bust each others balls with half the info correct, each. Yes your thyroid is resilient and will function properly (hopefully) again in a few weeks. Yes if on proper medical protocol at correct doses, you should also taper on/off when able and possible and warranted.

Here are some cut and paste from 3 seperate studies I have easily pulled.

If needed, I can easily pull studies that show its safe to start t3 at low to moderate dose without tapering up, for young healthy adults with thyroid only issues. Same for tapering down...so you guys kiss, give hand jobs and make up; You're both right.

    Levothyroxine therapy should be

started at a dosage of 0.075 mg per

day and should be titrated against

    increasing serum TSH levels with

    small gradual increments.

    __________________________________________________________________________________________

In patients at risk for the

    cardiovascular compromise

    Thyroid hormone replacement

therapy should be started at a

dosage of 0.025 mg per day, which

    should be gradually increased

by 0.025 to 0.050 mg every four

to six weeks until TSH levels are

    normalized.

    __________________________________________________________________________________________

Thyroxine supplementation therapy is recommended to be administered as a single daily dose, half-an-hour to one hour prior to breakfast (Table 1). A minimum gap of 4 hours should be maintained between administration of thyroxine and drugs that are known to interfere with its absorption. The rapidity with which normal thyroid hormone levels

should be restored is dictated by several factors, notably, the age of patient, the duration and severity of the hypothyroidism, and the presence or absence of other co-morbid conditions, specifically cardiac disease. In healthy young adults, the complete replacement dose of 1.6 to 1.8µg levothyroxine/kg ideal body weight can be started immediately. The etiology of hypothyroidism may also influence the replacement dose, such that patients with total thyroidectomy or severe primary hypothyroidism have slightly higher requirements than do patients who become hypothyroid after radioiodine or surgical treatment for Graves’ disease, who may retain some residual thyroid function. In the absence of any functioning thyroid tissue, the complete daily replacement dose in women and men ranges

from 100 and 150µg and between 125 and 200µg respectively. Full replacement doses should not be administered initially to patients over the age of 60, to patients who have a history of coronary artery disease, or to patients with long-standing severe hypothyroidism. This cautious approach is advisable to prevent precipitation of angina in people with underlying coronary heart disease or agitation and anxiety which can occasionally occur in patients with long-standing severe hypothyroidism exposed to the complete replacement dose. In such patients, the dose should be titrated, starting with 25µg a day and increased by increments of 25µg at 8-week-intervals until serum TSH falls

to normal. If however, angina is precipitated while increasing thyroxine dose, the dose should be reduced to the highest dose tolerated by the patient, and a further attempt made to increase the dose again only after another 4 weeks.

From what you posted, those studies seem to be levothyroxine; which is T4. Liothyronine is T3. T4 does not need to be tapered and regarding T3, there is conflicting evidence, but based on the resiliency of the thyroid, I am not sure how tapering would make any difference in the recovery time from the time you stop.

  17. I talked to Jano this morning and he was able to confirm that Freedom's 100mg Primo was tested and came back at 101mg. If I understood him properly, the sample was sent in by a board member(different board) as opposed to the source sending in his own sample. Based on everything I have discussed with Freedom, I believe he is a legit source.

  18. Guys, after talking with Freedom, things are starting to make sense and I have a feeling these guys are legit. More info to come later. Please no PM's or asking me to explain further; I will in due time.

  19. Thank you for the welcome. I won’t delete anymore post until our name is in the clear.

I hope that once things are in good standing I can clean up the thread.

You must have missed my post back a few pages. Since you aren't going to ask Jano to come here and verify he tested your stuff; can we see the lab reports? Why would you avoid this question?

  20. How about I just send you a bottle of our primo and you can use it or have it tested if you like?

Also we are switching some of our caps over to tabs and we will have those tested by Jano before launch.

    Patriotlabs

    Email orders to [email protected]

Due to medical issues I am unable to use anything other than test in TRT dosages for the rest of my life, but thanks for the offer. However, my main point was that if Jano has tested your products to simply have him post verifying this claim as legit. As another member mentioned, this would go a long way in starting to establish credibility and ease up a lot of the criticism you are receiving. It would be so simple to do on your part and I couldn't imagine why you wouldn't do it. In fact, where are the lab reports? Why haven't they been posted?

  21. Can you narrow down the carrier oil a bit more by letting us know what you consider “petroleum based oils”?

Wasn't referring to anything or any sponsor in particular. Some will use the cheapest they can find, others will jump on the bandwagon, things like Mig 840.

Nothing against the Mig just not something we would use.

Can you explain how you test raws & also how you test the finished product?

Mass Spec but mainly finished samples sent to Jano. Which can be costly if something comes back wrong but testing the of finished products helps to verify the process and quality.

I think if you were not being so vague & you had all your ducks in a row the clutter would MAYBE not got so out of hand. Just my opinion which means nothing.??

The business that we're involved in requires a certain level of vagueness. Unfortunately for what others perceive as vague we might consider safe practices. We are paranoid individuals, and not everyone can understand that. We need to be able to sleep at night.

I got attacked pretty badly for not complying to certain request. I don't think there is any lab out there that likes to be told how to run their business. But just because we operate a certain way doesn't give someone the right to call us a SCAMMER. That's a serious accusation.

Bro even if we might not agree on certain points I can appreciate your opinion. And yes it does mean something specially when it's asked in a respectful manner.

Well if Jano has tested your products, why don't you ask him to post here and verify. He is familiar with the board and has posted here before.

  22. Please enlighten me. I genuinely do not know what you are referring to with "Name Calling", but I believe you Muscles96. You are a very honest person, you do not tell untruths. I consider you to be one of the guys I MOST admire and respect on AB. Sometimes my memory is a little foggy, sometimes I forget things. I'd appreciate it if you could jog my memory because I do not remember calling anyone any names with the exception of HGHPro dishonest, immoral, a scammer. Am I guilty of that "name calling" of HGHPro? Yes I certainly am.

I don't remember the specifics, just that you were a little fired up and it was a little too much and Navy warned you to calm down and keep it on-topic. It reminded me of when I tell my 10y/o daughter to stop something and she keeps going til finally Ihave no choice but to punish her.

  23. When you are banned from the board for 10 days for being critical of HGHPro, it is not possible to have a conversation with the Admin of the Board. Further, I have no desire to have a conversation with the Mods or Admin. I am just a lowly lowly general member. A peon. They are upper level management. And I was definitely treated like a peon, and they definitely behaved as upper level management.

Further, the only thing I actually care about is keeping the members safe and preventing them from getting scammed. Upper level management can have the very worst opinion of me, doesn't matter to me. i hate scammers, it actually hurts me when I see a member get scammed.

I highly doubt you were banned for being critical of HGHpro. I read your posts and it was the name calling that was continued after a mod gave you multiple warnings to stop that most likely got you banned.
