hmm good question. i can't compare costco and sam's club, but i can compare bj's and costco. i have a membership to both and go to both regularly. they are very similar, but there are subtle differences and stock changes so sometimes one store might not have what i want. for example, bj's carries quaker quick oats, but costco carries quaker old fashioned oats. bj's has 32 oz containers of greek yogurt for 4 dollars and change, but i can get the costco brand greek yogurt (nutritionally it is the same) at 2 32oz containers for 7 dollars. i think costco has slightly better prices. overall, i think costco is probably the best wholesale club (although i have never been to sam's club) based on what i have heard from my friends who have a membership there. you should give it a shot imo, you never know you might like it a lot more

you'll be fine once a day man. i always just take all my orals once a day in the morning. in the end, my guess is that you would be hard pressed to find a difference in gains between different dosing schemes for orals. it's really whatever is most convenient for you, and in this case that seems to be once a day

imo, when you start using AAS you should do a cycle with just test. this is not because test is weak it's because it is the "base" of all cycles. test offers the best bang for your buck when it comes to gains, and when you first start it's probably best to see how you react to just test. you'll get awesome gains from your first cycle, and you can start adding in other compounds and upping the dose down the road when gains are harder to come by. that being said, some people still like adding in an oral for their first cycle, and there is nothing wrong with that

I have done both "prohormones" (dmt) and AAS. when i did my first test cycle, i used some dmt with it. so to answer your question: you certainly can use "prohormones" or any other oral AAS when you start using AAS

@R2d2 yeah, I only have experience with ph's (like epistane) and not real gear.. and only had minor sides with them: lethargy, some sleepless nights, felt the day it hit the liver nothing painfully just could feel it then it went away. I'm gonna try a test e cycle but was contemplating a kickstarter.

good choice switching over. i did a cycle of p-plex (dmt) back in the day before i knew how to get test. and yeah just like you i had very minimal sides and good gains. but man nothing beats test, you'll see. and about the kickstart: no need in a first cycle imo. that way you'll be able to gauge what just test will do for you. and the whole "5-6 weeks kick in" is BS imo too. your blood levels are elevated within hours after the first shot, and each shot reaches peak concentration in a day or two. there is a delay in gains, but thats because androgens work by binding to he androgen receptor, translocating to the cell nucleus, and changing gene transcription. this is a much different process and slower than doing something like speed. I personally start to see more endurance and better pumps 2-3 weeks in. if you really want to run an oral, i would run it the last couple weeks and the weeks right up to pct. that way you keep gaining and won't "crash" from your androgen levels plummeting. again, thats just my opinion though you'll probably hear many differing ones

hugebro, the only person who can give you a definite answer to whether dbol or epistane is more toxic is god ;) lol what i'm saying is that everyone reacts differently to everything. that being said, i think a good amount of the "designer" steroids never ended up on the pharmaceutical market simply because the ones that did make it, such as dbol, were better. one of the reasons for being "better" could be less toxicity. what it comes down to is choosing dbol or epistane, and i'd choose dbol for sure

brodel, do you regularly cook your egg whites or just drink them? i buy them in bulk at costco and they are my main source of protein. normally i just drink them because i am too lazy to cook them and it means there are less dishes to clean. they are pasteurized so im not worried about salmonella, but some people think the pasteurization temperature is not enough to deactivate avidin, the protein that can cause a biotin deficiency. i say screw it i like the convenience of just drinking them, plus i can always supplement with biotin after a meal that does not have egg whites. im curious to see what you and others have to say about this

DRStevenson, this product is one that is mainly useful just to get one's testosterone levels in the normal range if they are very low. even for that use, the reviews are not excellent and most people prefer injections. if you are administering testosterone for significant muscle building effects, it is recommended you inject it. also, it would be wise to edit out that website in your post, i dont think that's allowed here

that's not meant to be injected bro. its a transdermal gel similar to androgel. it is useless for bodybuilding purposes it will only slightly get your test levels up

if you get some blood in the syringe just take it out, put on a new pin, and move to a different area. no need to waste gear :)

also 1" needles should be fine, thats all i use, but im also pretty lean and im definitely not huge

everything mentioned is spot on. also its worth mentioning that 350 is a pretty high concentration imo. if you still get bad pain after adding more solvents then a lower concentration would probably be better. i personally wouldn't use anything higher than 300

nandrolone is metabolized via 5-ar, but its metabolite dihydronandrolone is a weaker androgen than nandrolone itself. so in a way its kind of the opposite of test in that sense-test is metabolized into dihydrotestosterone, a stronger androgen. so if you're taking proscar with your deca it will do little to prevent balding if that is your goal. honestly, imo 5-ar inhibitors should be avoided anyway. if youre worried about balding, dont use aas or shave your head :cool:
