    Guys what should I do in this situation seriously . I don't have much info to give you other than there are many things that couldve done this and is it threatening me am i in danger need to stop using steroids ?

     

    Let me see a copy of all your labs when you can & I can tell you. I have ESRD so I can give you a definite answer if I see what your labs are. No one will ever be able to "guess" what you should do trust me!My numbers are horrible. I'm talking like creatinine level of 18.4,Gfr 3,Urea Nitrogen 49 etc. so ya my kidneys are trashed & the sad thing is I always did labs every 6 mo. & my Dr. Didn't catch this until my Gfr was at 18 & Creatanine was at around 8.4. So my advice don't trust your Dr. Look at your labs & see for yourself what's going on.

    Bro I could careless about what section this should be in. However its the character of you that im judging. To me you have a AGENDA HERE. Let me state my issue with you since you obivisouly cant see it. YOU BECOME A REP FOR A SOURCE ON OLM AND THEN COME HERE AN PIMP THAT SOURCE. THATS MY ISSUE WITH YOU NOT WHAT SECTION THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE IN. IM WATCHING YOU KNOW VERY CLOSELY.

    I've actually used that philosophy, train till the muscle can't take anymore brutality. It works, spending 3-4 hours on chest, even delts. I've even trained quads from 5pm till closing and still wanted to run more sets of extensions or whatever. I DO agree with this approach CF, no doubt killing the muscle group will make it grow. I laughed at SO MANY pros qhen they'd advertise or swear by the bullshit 5-8 sets per bodypart. Even Dorian/Mentzer's "one set till failure" approach lol back in 93'. It's bullshit at it's finest.

     

    Do I still need anger management? LOL, jk buddy.

     

    I think you are coming around Ht3,you will be just fine man,just stop & count to 10 if you feel the anger coming on because that always works....NOT!

    CF how many sets/reps per muscle group do you suggest for optimal muscle gains? I realize everyone is different as I also do 12-16 sets/20-25 reps per muscle group,but I see you are saying that's not nearly enough...Thanks...I'm 43 5'9 220 @ 12%...

    You know I have not used pharm grade . It always seemed expensive and since I've been on generics my igf1 levels were higher , my dr always looks at the blood work and says ohhh growth hormones are high , you taking hgh , I tell her I take peptides . Wouldn't you know , since I told her about semorelin she started prescribing it to patients !! Lol.

    But anyway I just always figured I'd just up the dose a little on the generics because even if 1 vial has 5 iu hgh or somatotropin in it , it's still less than 300$for 100 ius . Where as pharmacy grade from my dr was and is 500$ for 30 iu . Again I have to say though for me , the greys are far superior to the last few years of Rips , which - ( shot my BP n heart rate up thru the roof) , Hyges.. We're ok I think . Kefei worked well at higher ius.

    I don't follow the craziness of GH15 , but he does advocate that good hgh will have skin paper thin like all veiny like cock skin . If that's the case then greys are legit , skin is super thin all over , veins in my back , quads hammies, calves, arms are ridiculous . I'm not talking about a vein or 2 popping out , I'm talking road maps all over . My girl was funny , I'm sure most of us that compete are similar in that we at times feel like we are getting smaller and looking like shit at times . So I had one of these moments and asked my girl ( who is brutally honest and knows her shit too about competing) hey babe how my legs looking ???? I stood up pulled my sweats down and it was like the day after a comp when your all carbed up and sodium is high , veins on top of veins and striated , she looked and was like " you need to slow the fuck down you still have 4 months" . So hearing that from her I knew my mind is fucking with me !

    Point is , if your on the fence bout the greys , get em now before they change em up . They are legit as PD has said !!
