I don't even have to do cardio to lose weight. I do it all with food. Feel sorry for you guys that have to bust ass doing 4, 5, 6 days a week of cardio.. I guess I should do it for the heart healthy aspect of it, but Im too lazy to be honest. Plus, not enough time in the day for me.

Yes Kodi comes preloaded. All you truly need to do is connect to your internet and plug it into your tv's usb port. Not a whole hell of a lot else and the guy (Anthony) is super responsive with questions.
