  1. Fuck brotha that sucks, check out my thread, and thank you for the explanation, pop, pop, crack. I tried to sound mine out with letters haha. Fuck this sucks, I'm all in if you want to get into a Fuck this how do we work around this and deal with it session. For example, best sleeping position, I'm in a sling, how to bang the wife/gf without pain, you know good real world info. What to keep juicing with, dosages, etc. Let me know brotha.

  2. Ok bros, here it goes, first off TME stands for Tell Me Everything, just in case you're looking at that like....wtf is that a typo.

     

    About a month and a half ago, deadlifting 315 on my final set, on my last rep, get to the top...heard a noise like tome what sounded my shoulder coming out of socket. Arm was black and blue, mri came back negative said it was a "deltoid strain". Fast forward a month and a week later. Strength was getting back, killed a arm workout, at the end im showing my chick a concentration curl, just 35 lbs nothing crazy, on the 5th or sixth rep....the same sound from deadlift day, I feel like a releasing and a crruuk, cruuk, cruuk noise. This time that day, I see a gap from my delt to my bicep...uh oh, look it up and most likely a tear. mri came back and confirmed long head of the bicep torn which hey what do you know connects to the deltoid. My orthopedic surgeon doc who was a team doc/or staff for stanford, mens rugby usa, Oakland raiders says hey you have two options. Heal naturally and he even says...dude nowadays some bodybuilders are getting these snipped so they have a bigger bicep peak....and yeah I was hurting but damn that peak was up there. Says I can prolly start training again in a month lightly and let it heal as such with anywhere from a 10% loss in strength. Or get aggressive and get it reattached and be out 6 weeks. At first I thought hmmm a month isn't bad, fast forward and I say the hell with it I want the thing re attached, might as well do it right, perhaps the first incident was a strain, the second a partial tear, whats the the 3rd gonna be...my whole bicep rolled up like a blind. Fuck that. I had surgery this morning, when they do a "block" your whole shoulder is numb, I had surgery at 730am, I am now barely able to use my left hand, modern medicine is amazing, plus Im on Norco for pain. Sorry for the damn chapter book, but I wanted to give you guys the whole backstory.

     

    Part two, I was on the 8th week of a cutting cycle of 400cyp and a blend of 100trenace, 100 mast p. Adex 2mg, hcg500weekly, b12 shots 1ml a week. Here's my question, what do I change for my cycle, obviously I shouldnt be on a cutting cycle if I can't lift, but should I just go to a basic TRT dose of test, or go test only, because we all know how T in general helps you recover, and holy shit If there was ever a time to recover it would be now. Any suggestions, lessons learned, and even some damn psychological advice, shit it sucks when you're training with your bro, lady, client, whoever and now boom you're out of it, we all like working out and looking good, this shit fucks with your head big time. Lay it on me brothers, I can take it, I know maybe I came back from the initial injury too soon, help me out. Thanks in advance for all the war stories, advice, keep your head up, etc.

     

    FYI this was a shitty week for me, EX was being a total bitch about moving out after I said we're done a month and a half ago, my dog got sick, (84) in dog years and I finally had to pu him down, my new chick was walking away, dropped my phone and broke the screen, family members were getting evicted, just a fucking shitpile of a week. Glad its over, im doing a lot better now, EX is out, new girl is here to prep meals, help me clean, shit she just left after bringing me tacos and a massage, a good woman by your side is a wonderful thing. I was worried about the surgery, now it seems a cloud was lifted and yeah I can't work out, but shit I can do some cardio, core work, etc. So im in a positive place.

    Dude, awesome you're on the T now. Feel the power. But long term...if this place has no fucking clue about anti E, hcg, etc. Run, run as far away as you can and get a place that knows what the fuck is going on. Conversely...if they are good at giving out the test and don't give you issues, get what you need from them, do your research and supplement yourself correctly. I can tell you this, being here and asking...you're in the right place. I was on 200 a week from my place, they gave me hcg, arimidex 1mg per week. Do what works, everyone is going to be different, start off at small doses of the adex if you want and if you notice sides, bump it up. I do highly suggest getting blood work done before, and middle(of cycle) since your on trt just get the bloods done after about 2 months to see the progress. Baseline levels are important, you need to know where you're starting at, just for overall health. just know that dose may shut you down, so be prepared for it, some dudes say hey fuck it, im gonna be shut down, might as well make it worth it and go on a real cycle. It's up to you, may the T bless you with rock hard boners, more energy, better sleep and a happy wife/gf and some good gains.

  5. Didnt wanna make a new thread, but figured this belonged here. I pinned left quad the other day with a tren/test. Didn't hurt at all, in fact I was surprised. The next day im hobbling around like a Fing gimp. It wasn't even near the inject site, it was on top of the quad. I suffered, came home this moring, went to sleep, got up at 6pm, and pains was 70%less. I read up on it, and it says quads especially are prone to this, being "semi virgin" muscles, i've been on a trt dose since nov 2012. my first cycle back, is going to be 500cyp 200tren E, to get back in the swing of things. Just one pin down, any advice for a fresh cycle, im open to ideas, i'd like some input. Thanks bros.

  6. I'd like to check in, I fucked my shoulder at the End of August. Just within this last month it's starting to come back. I was doing db press with an 85 in each hand, and felt a pain, kinda shook it off, finished my workout, get home, raise hand halfway up and boom its like an icepick is stabbing in, once it got past that plane it didnt' hurt. I slept on it, figuring it was prolly just tight, we've all had that soreness, you sleep wake up and its gone...but when I woke up, damn thing hurt just as fucking bad as when I went to sleep, I knew right then something was wrong. Looked up all I could to promote healing, etc. Kept working out with light weight(should've taken a month straight to heal, but being stubborn)...then a few times off and on I stepped away for 2-3 weeks at a time. Its finally feeling better, and a very modest re-build, has taught me a lot about warming up, etc. That feeling when your arm is all shaky due to your shoulder...not cool. Not shaky, mobility is back, I think I just got lucky, probably should've went to a doc. I figured if it was totally jacked up after a couple weeks then I'd go. Long story short, warm up that rotator cuff, if you feel some pain, fucking stop right there, no glory in trying to power through and just further injuring the shoulder. The injury sucks, but I feel a lot of it is just watching your gains start to diminish, and what happens to your body, the mental aspect is shitty. Also, trying to add too much too soon, resist the urge, going light for a month is better than going to zero training for a month. Now some youngster doing 40lb db press next to me was scoffing at my 25's lol. Long road to recovery, but im coming back strong, really focusing on feel, and getting back to perfect form instead of "oh look at me and what I can do" Be safe bros, train hard, train smart!

  7. Someone told a "wives tale" of using dawn. Well I said what the hell lemme give it a try, it works pretty damn good at drying you out. Also, I was freaking the fuck out about my bacne, so I took the plunge and bought this bodybuilders body wash stuff. I admit it was pricey, I got the extra strength one, but at the time I was desperate and a few bros recommended it. Its a good soap, but I dont use it every day in that manner, where this shit kicks in is just using it like a topical solution. Example, I have a long q-tip, I dab some of the soap on it and just use it as a spot treatment before bed. I throw it on after my shower, let it dry, then rack out, and lemme tell you that shit works, the next day it makes a noticeable difference. Nothing is going to just zap a zit/whitehead etc the second u put it on or in 1 day but in my experience this stuff has some good effects. I'm talkin where a zit was rearing its ugly head, teh next day its flat and some of the redness swelling is down. Perhaps It would work the same way with dial etc, but like I said the cons are that its fucking expensive for some "soap" but as an occasional soap and spot treatment it's spot on. I am almost done with my first bottle from last summer so it lasts. I am in no way associated with the product, just giving my experience with using it. It comes in like a brown bottle with a bber on it.

  8. I concur with rfagazzi a nice run of test enth/cyp @ 500 per week should be fine. Dont try to complicate things or run multiple/different aa's on your first run. Keep it simple so you know what you're putting in and the associated side effects. As far as bulking...as long as you're eating enough calories you'll gain weight, and a side effect of testosterone is fat loss so it's a win/win. Albeit there are other compounds that are more desirable cutting etc, dont worry about those until a couple cycles are under your belt. Try the tried and true, because most likely Enth/Cyp will be the base for all future cycles. Some other good advice...get blood work done, before, midway, and after. That way you have verifiable results that A) you're not injecting salad oil and B) all your other levels, lipids, etc are within a safe range. Also don't get too zealous as the poundages on your lifts start to climb, keep it safe and give your tendons/joints etc time to compensate for the new/brutal workout weight. Fish oil and something for your joints will do wonders. Keep us updated on your progress, and good luck with your first pin. Others can chime in in necessary hardware..(pins etc) but for the most part draw with a 20cc, and inject with something smaller. Feel free to come back and they're are many people here with vast amounts of knowledge that will chime in. Take care bro.

    No I wouldn't give names just yet, with you only having 2 posts I thought you joined here seeking advice and already had your gear from an off site source.. Even at three weeks you may be slow to respond although not crazy usual with prop.. Test E however I didn't actually notice my gains till about week 4, I did know it was in my system though after about a week and a half..

    OP, is the stuff old or has been sitting? Around the fourth week should be in top gear, im on week 3 and feel like a beast...but im doin a test/tren combo. sleep....whats that, how about increasing poundages everytime in the gym lol.

  11. Just wanted to share my story, i posted this on another forum and thought you guys would get a kick out of it...

     

     

    I used to be just like...meh cute toes are nice, but now im lick a sickfuck who adores nice painted toes, I think one of my buddies talking about it all the time got me hooked. Anyways, today gentlemen I had the honor of pumping my chicks feet, I feel like im on top of the world. I kissed the toes first, and she has really great arches, so I decided hmmm what the hell gonnd push these fee together and bang em. She really got into it and was wiggling her ass around, and squeezing her feet together, I thouth it was really hot. Both of our first time doing it and she said "Hmmm never had anyone fuck my feet before, that was kinda hot" I will do my very best to try to dublicate this effort and sneak in a picture...don't worry I wont post a dong pic(not much to look at anyways) so stay tuned...

Well the title says it all, i had some cyp i bought a year ago, only had a few doses out of it, put it away. well cycle time is here again, and i brought it out, and it had a crystal like formation near the top/sides of the vial. I tried a quick shake to see if it would break up, but no dice. How do i fix this, fyi i still drew from that vial and did my first day dose without any post injection pain etc. just had me worried a bit. Thanks for the kind help.

  14. he's gonna test your levels, if you are within normal ranges he's not going to do much. After you spend money on the doc visit, gas, your time, etc you could've gotten a thing of test e/c that would have lasted you a cycle. Also those vitality clinincs, not all, but most are nothing more than a glorified drug dealers...sure they'll make you feel good...if you wanna spend 300 a month on gear, beware.

  15. That helped a bit. I just don't want my sack to go full shutdown. I've seen some blasters and cruisers will run hcg for a little while when "cruising" to keep things going. I should be using insulin needle for hcg correct? It must be sub-Q then. Im just reading and tryin to find things out on my own, but I'd rather ask, cuz I know im not the only one in this type of situation. I can store it in fridge if memory serves me, correct? Also I think test makes your dong thicker, my X is askin...ur dick grew what'd u do...it wasnt like that before. I even made her gag a lil the other day and she usually has ZERO gag reflex, mmmm what a good girl. Anyways, thanks bros! Please keep the help coming.     I have a question, I'm on a TRT dose of test now, every two weeks(ya I know not the best, but better than 1 shot a month) freakin retarded doctor. Anyways, I wanna get the boys going after a 10week Cyp only cycle @ 500ml per week.....so I started clomid and tamox@40mg/50mg for a week then 20/25mg eod, also aromasin 12.5 EoD. I have two bottles of hcg, its a little tablet inside of a class vial. How do I go about using this stuff? I know im gonna need bacteriostatic water correct? I'm new to hcg but I need something to get my balls going, also I'm tired of not being able to hit my girlfriend in the back of the head doggy style with my loads, now they're just kinda dribbling out...lol my bad if its too much info, but im sure you guys know what im talking about. I need a breakdown of how to use this hcg from start to finish, and how I should attack my PCT even though im gonna be on about 400ml Test every two weeks from doctor. Thanks I appreciate it!

     

    On a side note...since im on TRT am I pretty much never going to be "off-cycle" per se, how should I attack PCT in this manner. Am I pretty much gonna be a blaster and cruiser from here on out? Any insight greatly appreciated, thanks everyone!
