  1. All this is well and good, however, what are you doing for cardio? Diet and cardio are the key to getting lean.

     

    i play flag football and softball every week... and saturdays i do 15 miles on my bike or so

  2. HEy bros! the time has finally come! after bulking and going heavy all the time since i wass 17 its time to finally cut up, ive done various aas cycles, and now have been clean for a couple of months here are my stats,

    Age:25

    Height: 5"10

    Bf %: 16

    weight: 245

     

    i want to drop to about maybe 8-10% bf just to see how i look at that level heres my diet

     

    Wake up : 30 grams whey protein 0 carbs

    45 minutes later

     

    Breakfast : 4 egg whites, 3 whole eggs, half a cup uncooked oatmeal with water and splenda

     

    Lunch: Chicken Breast (boiled ) with 1 cup veggies (ocra)

     

    Pre workout: Protein shake w/oatmeal and banana

     

    Post workout:Chicken breast w/ veggies

     

    Dinner: Chicken breast (grilled) Or Skirt Steak (grilled) w/ Veggies

     

    Before bed: Protein shake w Oatmeal and NAtty PB

     

    i will be doing some Blue tops @ 5 iu's per day 3 in the am, 2 in the afternoon

     

    what do you folks think??

  3. it was off by the last 2, but it just never made it to the given location instead it went back to the sender who used a fake addy and never made it to my place because of the screw up on the last 2, im hoping they dont open that package and end up sending it to me lol but i bet that wont happen.
