Well pain is gone!! Just wish I could get this horrible sling off me. Just want to get back to gym.

Thanks! The pain was the worse the first 3 days.. it was painful to get out of my recliner... the painkillers helped... i cant wait to get this sling off. That way I can do cardio and legs

Went to have my sutures removed today. Doctor tells me my shoulder was a jigsaw puzzle. He also thanked me for giving him a big project. He showed me the pics of the surgery.... which I have ill post later

So I went to pay for something at wu and they asked me for id. It was some cheap jerseys I get from china if you are wondering.. I go to the lady how come you are asking for id... she said oh its random now have any of you heard about this??

Well. The surgery is a success. I had a torn labrum. Torn rotator cuff and had to have my bursa fixed

Yep im ready. a nurse brought me some sort of machine that I put on my shoulder it ices my shoulder that way I dont need ice pads... but other than that I got me somr hgh.. any idea how I should run this for healing?

I was down to winny only.. I weaned off the test since I had been on it a while. Im going to jump back right after surgery with some hgh so I can heal up quick

Well its what the topic says guys ive been 3 weeks with this whole rotator cuff tear and I am so depressed. I dont know if its the damn oxys or the fact that I can only use one arm or the fact that I can only do cardio and legs(legs are great) but also just bought a house and I cant do crap cause of the arm. To make matters worse once the surgery is done they are saying about 4-5 months before I can start doing upper body due to how bad I fucked this thing up....

for some reason things that normally took a day for me are still stuck in same spot... is mail getting slower?

Breakfast :10 egg whites and half a cup of oatmeal
Lunch: 1 chicken breast 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3: 1 chicken breast 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4 before gym: 1 chicken breast 1 cup brown rice
Meal 5 after gym: 8 oz steaks 1 cup brown rice
Meal 6: 1 chicken breast
Meal 7: 10 egg whites

Since mant if you know im having my shoulder and pec repaired on sept 13th... I will be out for a while.
What do you folks recommend my diet to be while I cant work out?
And I was thinking of working out legs and abs and lots of cardio in the meanwhile since I cant do upper body.
What do you folks think?

I have a sling but im even in pain with the sling

This is a horrible pain though.. omg I have to lift my left arm with my right....

So I guess cardio and legs and abs... till im ready for weights again
