Got a call today on my cell, when i see the caller id i thought it was a good friend of mine, instead it was his wife to tell me he found him dead on the bathroom yesterday. This man did allot for me, when i was 17 he convinced me to join a gym, and turned me from bein a fat boy to atleast 16%. first bottle of test i ever got was from him (Qv) He also gave me the first shot, and drew out the first cycle for me, he was there to give me advice on how to break up with the EX, we would party together and get banged up and someone would always take care of someone. this man was in amazing shape, unfortunately he had his demons, addiction to painkillers, he tried fighting it, eventually it won, I remember telling him lets get on a massive cycle and get huge, he had already lost the will to workout. I am in pain, bad news to get before my bday. RIP BRO

I had to put my dog down due to cancer, one of my biggest regrets is I didnt have enough pictures of him to remember him ( my ex had most of em) my current gf did not understand why I was crying, and that it was no big deal. I got another dog and trying to rectify what I didnt do with my past friend. Also your doing the best for him if hes in pain. I know it hurts but its the ultimate sacrifice you can do for your fellow friend. He wont be in pain anymore just remember he had a good 14 years with you. I only had mine for 6.5 years

well since i was 18 ive always gone heavy and heavy and heavy. had the bulk look, since december i started dieting and going high reps low weight... its just amazing lol

So I went to a bachelor party last night and this is the first time I go out after finally pulling off a good diet. I have been getting leaner and leaner, so I wore a shirt that has and opening on the chest. I got asked by 3 girls that night that came up to me and were flat out honest... man now I wanna get even leaner lmfao
