NVIDIA Shield is pretty fucking cool man. you can also use it as a media server to stream shit to any device.. even if you are not at home.

You enter the server address and can view All your media remotely!

 

its worth the $ .. plus you can install emulator programs.. which let you play almost ALL the classic video games! NES, Super nintendo, gameboy, N64, sega, playstation etc..

it seems to have less buffering issues for me also vs other devices.

 

The main problem is alot of the cheap tv boxes dont have enough ram, or power.. i was using some shitty low RAM box for a while, would always buffer. Switched to a box with 2g Ram and made a huge difference.

 

Everything is super easy to set up also. IPTV setup and just everything seems so much easier..

Just got mine from Amazon Yesterday, cost me $164 plus it came with 6 months of plex pass which is worth $30. Great streaming box.

I have just installed the add ons I wanted so far. I got the nvidia shield, and its a lot faster than my buddies fire box. Nvidia makes it much easier to install kodi than the firebox. I will definitely install the no limits kodi.

the nvidea shield is the best you can get. I used a gbox q for the last 3 years but its outdated now and cant be updated to the newest version of android and now i cant get a lot of the repositories anymore. Plex is supposed to be a great media server and if you just bought the shield you should get a free 6 month trial with it.
