Danazol is a derivative of the synthetic steroid ethisterone, a modified progestogen, also known as 17-alpha-ethinyl testosterone. Before becoming available as a generic drug, danazol was marketed as Danocrine in the United States. It was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as the first drug to specifically treat endometriosis in the early 1970s.[1] Although effective for endometriosis, its use is limited by its masculinizing side-effects.[2] Its role as a treatment for endometriosis has been largely replaced by the GnRH agonists.

The agent is fat-soluble. It is an isoxazole of testosterone with isolated weak androgenic activity and no estrogenic or progestagenic effects.

Androgenic side effects are of concern, as some women taking danazol may experience unwanted hair growth (hirsutism), acne, deepening of the voice (sometimes irreversible), or adverse blood lipid profiles.[4] Danazol may also cause hot flashes, elevation of liver enzyme levels, and mood changes.[4] Some patients who use danazol experience weight gain and fluid retention. Due to these limitations, danazol is seldom prescribed continuously beyond six months.

The use of danazol for endometriosis has been linked to an increased risk of ovarian cancer.[9] Patients with endometriosis have specific risk factors for ovarian cancer, so this may not apply for other uses.

Danazol, like most other androgenic agents, has been linked with an increased risk of liver tumors. These are generally benign.[10]

Unlike GnRH agonists, danazol does not induce osteoporosis. Also, symptoms of hot flushes tend to be less common or severe.

Greg Kovacs Talks About His Experiences with Nasser El Sonbaty/GH15!

Since everyone keeps asking me to talk about Nasser El Sonbaty. . .about how we met and became, what I thought at the time, good friends. . . for this week's column, I will tell the full story so you can understand how surprised I was when I read about all the horrific lies he told about my wife and me in his interview on bodybuilding.com. To this day I don't understand why he focused on bashing me for no apparent reason, especially after how hospitable and kind my wife and I were to him when he came to Toronto in the winter of 1995.

My first interaction with Nasser was through the telephone a few months before he came to Canada. My good friend and Jason Mathis knew I was a huge fan of Nasser and he happened to interact with him from time to time. I asked Jason the next time he talked to Nasser if he would ask him if he minded talking to me on the phone because I admired him and wanted to pick his brain about training and nutrition. To my surprise Nasser agreed and we spoke shortly after that. I was very impressed that Nasser would take the time to chat with me considering his status (at the time he was a top 3 Olympian) and the fact that he didn't even know me. I found this to be a nice gesture on his part.

He and I hit it off on the phone. After that, he researched me and found a few pictures in a magazine from a visit I made to Venice that previous summer. He told me I had great potential. He also gave me great advice and we talked several times after that. Ironically, Nasser told me that he was coming to Toronto to do an appearance at the Musclemag store that my friend Paul Gardiner (the future owner of Muscletech) managed. I was really excited to meet my hero and we made arrangements for me to pick him up at the airport the night before his appearance. Following the appearance, we planned to have him stay at my home for a few days because he was going to the U.S embassy in downtown Toronto to renew his visa for the States.

So I was excited that "my friend" was coming down and we were gonna train for a few days. I was stoked to have the opportunity to learn from one of the best. On the Friday he arrived, my wife and I came to pick him up and when he came through the security gates the first sign that something wasn't night right surfaced. He was acting a little distant and reserved and he peered oddly at me through his spectacles. I think he was a little shocked and intimidated at my size in person. I don't think he was prepared to feel small at his off-season 310 pounds, at the time. I was a little over 400 pounds so I guess that threw him off. By the time we checked him into his hotel, he seemed a little more comfortable and relaxed and the MuscleMag appearance was a lot of fun.

As I said, after the appearance was over, he stayed at our home which was about an hour's drive from Toronto. He had to be at the Embassy on Tuesday morning. I should point out that it was the dead of winter at the time and Nasser had been living in California so he was not accustomed to our Canadian winters. I think he complained about how cold it was at least 20 times a day and progressively more as each day passed. So when we set out to the Embassy on the Tuesday morning he was eager to get his visa so he could go back to Los Angeles the next day. However, we were all in for a big surprise when we got there.

When we arrived at the U.S. Embassy, there was a huge line. After waiting for almost 3 hours they told Nasser that there was a problem with his renewal and that he would have to take care of it before he could leave the country. So, basically, he was stranded in Canada until he sorted out these issues. To say he was angry was an understatement. If I recall, his glasses were steamed up and his face and cranium were a few different shades of red.

After driving back to our home, we called his lawyer and started the process to get the issues resolved. It took 3 weeks before everything was sorted out. Now, I was a huge fan of Mr. El Sonbaty but a house guest is like a fish; it can get rotten fairly quickly. During this time, we had to drive back and forth to the U.S. Embassy every few days until the matter was sorted out. That's over a 2-hour round trip. There was always something else needed, or a form to fill out, or a fax the lawyer in California had to send. He stayed at our home, ate our food that my wife cooked for him, visited my parents on their farm a few times, and he ate there food. During that time, he never once offered a penny for gas for all the driving or for all the food he ate. He even used my gear. Yes ladies and gentlemen, both Nasser and I used anabolic steroids. Shocking; but true.

I often wonder what he would have done if my wife and I would not have taken him in and basically treated him like family and helped him out of his situation. Would he have stayed in a hotel and eaten at restaurants? Would his issues have been resolved as quickly without our help? Or would he have been trapped in Canada and deported back to Germany? His wife, at the time, was frantic and we had to console her regularly over the phone. What sort of a demented character is Nasser that he had the audacity to talk so terribly about people that went out of their way to help him out? He may have been a great bodybuilder but, as a man, he doesn't even know the definition of the word. And, to me, a man's character is so much more important than anything else. In the end, I actually feel sorry for the guy. After such an illustrious bodybuilding career, he's become nothing more than a bitter ex-competitor. He's lowered himself to angry broken down bodybuilder who criticizes the sport that made him a star.

By the way, Greg's huge multiple lumps on his rear end became more and more visible, because he was "dieting" (coming down in bodyweight) which means he did not eat every 45 minutes like in off season but then just ate every 70 minutes. At this time his mothering wife tried to rub the lumps out, but some of the lumps burst open and pus and blood streamed out.

So Jumbo Palumbo, who was already working as Greg's "nutritionist", was called by Kim in the middle of the night and a couple of hours later Kovacs was on his way to New York City to meet Palumbo who had already arranged and scheduled emergency surgery for the lumberjack. The surgery lasted several hours and Kovacs almost died under the diligent hands of several qualified medical doctors.

I heard that these haematomas were baseball-sized. Shortly after, Kovacs flew back to nearby Toronto, Ontario, where he still tried to get ready for the NOC (Night of Champions). Anyways, the story was that he even had to wear diapers under his tent-sized posing trunks. He was leaking pus all over the stage. And for sure he could barely move because he could barely breathe, weakened through rapid weight loss, the emergency surgery and not eating every 45 minutes.

An interesting thing about Greg: in his free time he likes to sing the "Jefferson" song and watch bodybuilding movies, especially his own one, and he also loves to spend hours and hours in strip clubs. Many of these girls love muscular men/big men. The thing Kovacs enjoys there the most is when he can "eat" and lick the feet of several of these girls at the same time. Often afterwards he will eat steaks without the use of silverware, but with his bare hands. Also he does not wash his hands before he goes from "eating" feet to eating steaks.

Palumbo is the best proof that drugs do not create champions although I have to say again that the NPC under Manion screwed him several times. In this sense he is also a bodybuilding victim. And if we take a closer look at Palumbo's body then we can assume that he looks either somehow distorted by nature or he is the unprecedented subject of gigantic GH and insulin abuse over decades and also thus a victim of the sport.

Palumbo's features are now worse than before because before he had so much more size. The abnormal growth of his bone endings could be better hidden before under greater size and mass and his feet could often be hidden in sneakers. Now, only his hydrocephalus is still as big as before when decade long "reigns of drugs" penetrated the sponge system of his body.

GH15 fakes and GH15's elves are comming out as we approach Christmas,but with the death of Nasser Claus, Elf School is closed the other two Santa's helpers are still pushing the legacy and GH15 agenda.

The other nasty story is that once a guy - who I know and who told me about this - went up to see Greg into his Atlanta, GA hotel room to give him some "medical items". At the time Greg was without his wife because they had one of their usual conflicts.

Still, it is very unusual that he had travelled without her, as she normally went with him everywhere. Anyways, the so-called "medicine man" had to use the bathroom but Greg strongly prohibited the guy from going in there.

But the guy went in there nevertheless and there was this awful penetrating odor. He discovered multiple - obviously used - towels covered with long brown skid marks. Kovacs had been using the now stinky towels as a toilet paper replacement because he could not reach his rear end by himself. So he used the towels by holding each end with one hand and rubbing himself/pulling the towels back and forth between his legs.

Nasser is clever. "It isn't me" well that is true, since more than one person uses the account. Nasser angles well, which if anyone follows is a pretty good trait that GH15 demonstrates. It's a sign of high intelligence. No doubt Nasser is one of the users.

It's pretty clear one person posts random shit, another answers the pm's (this would be Nasser). There is at least one more, though I cannot pin when he uses the account properly. It seems the conspiracy/lizard talk and gibberish about aliens is the 3rd person. I also think various people have used the account, and possibly some have lost access to it. Posting style has changed here and there.

The recent increase in popularity of NPP can be attributed to the introduction of BM’s Dubol-100; the first affordable pharmacy grade 100mg/ml NPP. Eventually, more and more Underground Labs started producing the forgotten drug.

Here is some interesting information from Andy13:

“Let’s calculate the amount accumulated in the body after 6 weeks of 500mg/deca. Let’s say you inject it once a week and we’ll give it a 1.5-week half-life. Note that injection frequency makes a huge difference in blood concentration stability but no difference in amount of esterified in the system

E (greek letter “sigma”) 500*e^(ln(1/2)n/1.5) from n=0 to n=6. So after 6 weeks, about 1300mg of esterified nandrolone remain in the body.

Now lets see how long, after the initial injection, it takes to reduce to a small enough amount that permits recovery.

1300*e^(ln(1/2)n/1.5) After 3 weeks, 325 mg of esterified remain

after 6 weeks, 81 mg of esterified remain.

After 8 weeks, 32mg of esterified remain.”

Nandrolone Decanoate is a long acting depot; it takes quite a while for it to “kick in” and clear out of the system. Depending on how much is used; it will take at least 4-6 weeks after the last shot for Deca to clear out. It also takes about 4 weeks for active blood levels to stabilize. This can easily add up to 8-10 weeks of “dead time” i.e. periods of time when blood levels are not consistent. These numbers apply to reasonable use of Nandrolone Decanoate; between 200-400mg a week. The more you use, the worst it gets. So a 10-week cycle of Deca can easily end up been a 16-week cycle when you account for clearance time (active blood levels). The first 4 weeks are also somewhat of a waste of time.

So that 10-week cycle ends up been 16 weeks; 6 weeks of optimal blood levels and 10 weeks of dead time. Not a very effective way to cycle.

With NPP, you can bypass all that dead time.

19-Nortestosterone based drugs are known to shutdown HPTA very easily – think Trenbolone. Most bodybuilders will use Tren for around 6 weeks at the beginning of a cycle. NPP should be used in a similar manner.

Here’s an example of a balanced cycle consisting of NPP

W1-6: Dbol

W1-6: NPP

W1-8: Test Prop

It is a good idea to run Test 2 weeks past the NPP, however; NPP can be used as a stand-alone.

Earlier, I compared NPP to Tren. They are similar in some ways but Tren is much more androgenic and stronger in general.

NPP shares some of the same sides associated with Deca (they are after all the same base compound). It should be noted that most of the sides that come with Deca are a result of its long ester. Decanoate ester is very hard to control and Nandrolone side effects are not easily countered like Testosterone related sides (Tamoxifen, Anastrozole, finasteride…)

Overall, Nandrolone is a milder compound than Testosterone and is better mg for mg (but that’s a matter of opinion)

Nandrolone PhenylProp should be injected at least every 3 days. A typical dose is 350mg-700mg a week for 5-8 weeks.

It stacks very well with Winstrol, Dbol, Test, EQ, Anavar

It does not stack well with Tren and especially Anadrol

Here are some good cycle suggestions:

Fast Acting Classic Test/Deca/Dbol cycle:

W1-6: Dbol 30mg ED

W1-6: NPP 150mg EOD

W1-8: Test Prop 150mg EOD

Highly Anabolic cycles

W1-6: NPP: 200mg E3D

W1-8: Anavar: 30mg ED

W1-6: NPP: 200mg E3D

W1-8: Winny: 50mg ED

A good First cycle:

W1-6: NPP: 150mg E3D

W1-4: Dbol: 25mg ED

(W5-8: Anavar: 30mg ED – optional)

NPP in a typical cycle

W1-10: EQ 400mg a week

W1-9: Test Cyp 600mg a week

W1-8: NPP 200mg E3D

W10-13: Test Prop 150mg EOD

Nandrolone got a very bad rap with many bodybuilders; there is no reason to use Nandrolone Decanoate if NPP available aside from year-round juicer using it for joint pain. Nandrolone is a tremendous bodybuilding drug that can take your physique to a whole different level but many people shy away from it because of what they have heard or experienced with Deca.

Drol is a 1983 computer game published by Brøderbund. It was originally released for the Apple II, but was later ported to the Commodore 64, Atari 8-bit, and Sega SG-1000. The original list price was $34.95.[1]

The player controls a robot flying through a four story maze, attempting to rescue people and animals while avoiding traps and enemies such as alien creatures, snakes, eagles, magnets and axes.

There are only three levels, but the game repeatedly starts over in a more difficult version if the third level is completed. In the third level of some versions, in order to reach the final floor without being eaten by a plant sprouting from out of nowhere, the player must choose between three different trapdoors, and the correct trapdoor varies from game to game. However, with proper timing, a player can avoid this particular death by quickly flying back up when they've hit an "incorrect" trapdoor, before the plant actually reaches them.

Drol's reviews by the magazines of the era were generally positive. RUN (magazine), analyzing the Commodore 64 version in May 1984, gave it an "A" — its highest rating — and described it as "fun, funny, and exciting," although it was criticized for slow loading times due to the Commodore 1541 disk drive's notorious sluggishness.[2]
