Ya man on top of that my posing sucked. I practiced only a few weeks out from the show. I didn't know anything about cutting water. I started 2 days before the show. And with the carbing up I didn't even do that till morning of weigh ins. I did the prep 90% on my own. I knew nothing of prep. I had someone help me a bit but not very much. Next time if there's is a next time I'll do better. I weighed in at 187 I'm 5'6 so the drop to middleweight would of been better

Thanks guys. Had I dropped a few more lbs to middleweight I think I would had done more damage. Now I just need to get remotivated.

Was on this board a while back. I been on the boards for a bit mostly on outlaw tho(same username). Been lazy the last year but competed in an NPC show last year and took 5th as a light heavy. Hoping to get remotivated and get back into it...
