it really depends on how much you wanna stick yourself and how sensitive you are to sides effects. im actually about to have my first run with ace and im going to go with eod and if i feel like the sides are coming on strong then im going to switch over to ED and see if it makes a difference. some people report it being a night and day difference and others say the difference in terms of side effects and well being is so negligible why poke yourself more than you have to hope that answers your question :D
