For crashed gear i personally use a candle warmer / warming plate. Also works well if ya need to heat up thicker based (GSO) products

Yeah, there has been a serious uptake in cases I am also in CA the gym I go to are now requires you to wear a mask while working out. Fuckin lame. I guess a gotta play by the rules or stop training.
Newsome is single handily killing California’s economy. With his ridiculous rules. In some counties they are fining people as much as $300 for not wearing a mask in public. So I’ve heard.
Yep, when i went on Friday, i was told gotta wear a mask the whole time now as well. Like you, just happy gyms are still open honestly. And ya, I couldn't agree with ya more regarding our shitty gov. I honestly am just so over all this bullshit.

I used to go to 24 hr fitness, not anymore. The 2 in my area both closed down due to financial trouble stemming from the covid bullshit.
Made my way over to EOS, actually worked out better for me financial wise, I can now bring a guest anytime i want, and my monthly dues are lower. As far as masks - they are requiring one while entering and exiting but not during training. The only equipment shut down is every other treadmill and stair master. So far booking a time slot on the app hasn't been too bad either.
My concern now is the up tick in cases in my state (CA), the gov has already rolled back one county to stay at home orders. Hoping my county is safe from that obviously, not wanting to lose the gym again.

So... Just read thru the thread, has any of the gear been sent out for testing? And if so, what were the results? I recall someone mentioning they were planning to use Jano, and someone else had mentioned another testing facility. Apologies if they have been posted and i overlooked em.. Thanks.

Hi, been around for a short time - since about 2015. I'm 45 , started training back in 1992, with time taken off over the years due to life, women, partying, etc.. Been steady at it for the last 5 or so, w/ exception of damn covid-19. At any rate, Been over on Meso for the last year and half, prior to that was on Pro M. I popped my proverbial aas cherry on e roids. Needless to say as time passed and knowledge was acquired, i realized there is often a better was to do things. I realize i still have tons to learn and looking to fill some of those voids here.

The supplement IP6 helps to chelate iron, and for me will keep HCT levels in range (upper end) even when even running EQ.
Here is a link helping to explain its properties https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28068635/
Some studies also show IP6 to help treat cancer by slowing down production of cancer cells.
It might help drop your HCT levels enough to be in range.
You can find it on amazon https://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-IP6-Hexaphosphate-120-Capsules/dp/B0001VKKXU/ref=sr_1_7?crid=2BPB0K71N578K&dchild=1&keywords=ip6+inositol&qid=1596933045&refinements=p_72%3A2661618011&rnid=2661617011&sprefix=ip6%2Caps%2C217&sr=8-7
As @Freedom mentioned, cialis is great at getting BP under control, i use it this as well for this. I believe the drug was originally developed for BP control (Viagra as well) and later marketed mainly as an ED med.
**credit goes to Dante Trudel for his insight on IP6
