    this is very low-dose but i'm surprised you bounced back so quickly. how old were you at the time?

  2. many times thyroid levels don't return to normal - even after weeks and months. in the final analysis, a test will confirm low (t3 and/or t4) accompanied by high tsh. i've seen this happen to quite a few guys that were running 'low-dose t3 with their bulker'... now, if we're talking about cycling the t3 (4-6 weeks with an equal or greater downtime) then there's no issue whatsoever. it's the long-term i am addressing.

  4. Yea theres a big chance your gunna be outta wack for a while ..your gunna need to try to supplement with some otc supps to get it back in range . Give it some time ... Or go see a doc who u can be honest with and will help you recover faster

     

    such as? sorry, brofessor but it ain't happening. c'mon, there is NO otc supp that can undo a messed up thyroid. its stupid advice like this that will bury a guy even more. the op needs to get his t3, t4 and tsh all checked by a dr and then the dr can prescribe the correct treatment.

  5. or, depending upon how many 4-month runs you've done with t3, your thyroid may be shut down AND it may never come back online, so to speak. it happens with .long-term abuse more often than you might think. keep us posted when you go to the endo.

  6. I know this is stupid but it works for my dumb ass:

    Day 1: chest & bis

    Day 2: legs

    Day 3: delta & tris

    Day 4: back & traps

    I alternate calves & abs. Sometimes I'll get a fifth or sixth day in, I just start with the next day's workout & continue on. Some weeks diff muscles might get hit twice in one week.

     

    that's a great split and a personal favorite of mine in the past - when i really worked out... wally, how do you work in your off days?

  7. even though it's rarely talked about outside of exclusive circles, i've heard that you absolutely have to bust nuts (self-directed or with manual assistance...) in the double digits. that might be the holy grail you seeketh.

  8. Oh, you're right. I forgot that the human body is just a bunch of random parts put together that can be worked individually. The body absolutely is not an incredibly designed machine that works flawlessly as one unit. Oh, & you can only use each piece of the body once a week.

    good move bro. i would go straight to the gram but if you'er into pyramiding your doses then either one you mention would work well. i'd love to hear your gains off this one. all the best.
