just trying to get an understanding of how you determine things. so a guy using 2.5g/week would 'cruise' on, say, 1250mg versus a gram versus 750mg or 500mg?...
btw, my recommendation of 50mg test prop eod, adjusted for ester weight, is about what you recommended, as well.
