  1. rad140 is some COOL shit. it also offers neuroprotective (good for the old noggin...) benefits which are more attractive to the older guys among us - like me. the other great thing about this compound is that you can use very small doses and get a great response. i use 3-5mg ed (on and off for 4-8 week stints) along with 125mg of test per week and the results, when my diet and workouts are on point, are amazing.

    sounds like a double whammy if the stuff actually pans out as designed. imagine that: test with the benefits of lowered myostatin = on LARGE mofo. i, too, would love to hear how this compound is working (or not).

  3. winstrol mg for mg is very toxic. so toxic that the old zambon used to make them at 2mg per tab. they will definitely stress your liver and tank your HDL levels. some say 100mg of winni tabs were harder on liver than 100mg of anadrol.

     

    for sure myo. along with strength come the toxicity issues. and i was comparing it to other pre-contest compounds such as drol, cheque drops, halo, methyltrienolone and the like.

     

    var, however, is very under-dosed among ugl so, over the years, it's acquired the rep that it is weak or mild. as you say with the zammys, pharma var (the old spa) is dosed at like 2.5mg, right? why? because that shit is POTENT. it's just so fucking expensive (not to mention highly sought after as the 'sliver bullet'...) that ugl's will put out 5mg tabs and say they're 20mg, or whatever. so, some guy is doing, what he thinks is, 80mg of var when he's really doing only 20mg. point here? 80mg of REAL var will make a corpse grow like a weed. it's just a lot of guys today have never done that much real var so you have this urban legend surrounding the power of the var.

  4. .mg for mg, winni is stronger, imho. strength gains (that's why it's used precontest - to maintain mass while dieting), no gyno issues or water retention, not toxic like other orals and pretty cheap compared to var. only issue is that every time i've used it my joints ache. it's been a few since i've used it but i would consider it for a short run.

  5. i still use bromo - my aas doses are pretty low, however. but bromo is easy to get in tab form (i take 1/2 a tab every 3-4 days) and damn cheap to boot. at least they were a couple years ago when i got them last.

  6. shit happens when you play this game, boys. i practice sterile injection technique, yet i managed to get a sterile abscess in my left quad by mixing oil and water-based compounds (oh well, there goes a great inject site...). others, like the op, have had worse happen to them. my point here? there are NO guarantees in this game. you'll lose money. you'll get bogus aas. your dog will die. your var will actually be wini. you'll get a sterile abscess, or worse. shit like this happens (and much worse) everyday in hospitals. knowimsayin'?....

  7. technique is paramount regardless of what 'phase' in your lifting cycle you're in. that being said, it is understandable that you'd 'loosen', if you will, your form during a phase that calls for reps in the 3-6 range. but 'loosen' is a relative so you'll have to use some biofeedback and common sense. personally, during a heavy phase, i would seek to do 4-5 solid reps and loosen my form on 1 or 2 reps towards the end. there is a reason that we have technique, to begin with. it's good (and forward-thinking) to push its boundaries and add new dimensions to it but you can only bend technique so much before you start working against yourself.

  8. lot of different ways to cruise. back in the day i would 'bridge' with 200mg primo/week, 20mg tbol ed, 200mg test/week and so on. you have the flexibility to get really creative in this respect. i would choose a different method for cruising each time and TAKE NOTES on the effects you experience. you never know what you'll learn about the old bod.

  9. well the reason im fat as put it is cause i take 22 pills a day for ptsd depression and anixety i spent a total of 54 months overseas......never weighed more than 200 in my life till i had to starty taking meds

     

    wasn't talking about you, specifically, bro. it just seems to be pretty common - powerlifters (with a few exceptions) look like big fat guys, on and off season. i'm not sure why this is. i understand that you need some weight on you to move weight but A LOT of these guys are plain fat-looking - 85" waist, titties and all. fucking shameful.
