never tried jack3d but i turned my friend onto novem recently and he said he gets the same energy and focus without the jitters and the cns frying effect. i don't use much coffee and just started using the novem after trying a sample and discovering that i get energy like i had a good night's sleep vs energy that you'd get from having 3 cups of coffee. that's what i like about it. and there's no crash either. so, yes, the hemavol did give some 'clean', jitter-free energy.

i thought the hemavol tabs were awesome but hated taking 10 tabs so i made up my own formula. got the powders for agmatine, citrulline and glycerol and took them together. the pumps AND energy are amazing and the cost is about 1/2 of the hemavol. i got the powders from 'smart powders'. i also use scivation's novem preworkout and the combo is righteous. it's worth taking a look into.

Proline and propharm were some of the best back in the day for sure. Seems like yesterday almost. Time flies by man.

i ran some dp last year and that shit was THE best eq i've ever run - and i've used about a dozen different brands. also, #2 would have to be 'proline', but that's going back like 9-10 years. good stuff.

You must have big pecs. I haven't attempted that one yet. Do you go all the way in with the 1"?

my pecs are similar in size to yours, juice, though nowhere near as ripped. i'm 5'11" and 215lb with about 13%bf, on a 'good' day... lol... i do go all the way in with the 1" and there's no pain when injecting and no lumps whatsoever, after the fact. the pip is very minimal - a '2' on a scale of 1-10. doesn't interfere with working out, moving, getting things done, etc. but that's great considering how primo, test prop and tren ace are notorious for their ability to be irritating.

slin pins have very limited application for me. the pin is too short, at .5" for starters, you're limited to 1cc and you can only shoot small muscles like tris and maybe delts, if you really push the pin in deep to the point where you're creating a dimple in the muscle. i've used them for suspension before and think they're great for that but that's about it.

some of you guys are crazy. F that pec, lat, calf sht! for delts/glutes 1" is fine but for glutes 1.5" would prob be better. i just get the 23g 1" as a standard. im lean enough where 1" in the glutes is deep enough into the muscle.

good question hugebro. i'm gonna take an educated guess here and say no. i do, however, think that the solvents (e.g. the ba, bb and eo) would cause some scar tissue by virtue of the effect they have on cells. gear with too much ba will definitely cause major pain because of the cell/tissue damage it causes. however, i don't think the oil, itself, does. i say this because if you look at the scarring that the pin causes, given it's volume, then 3ccs, for example, of oil should cause some MAJOR damage simply given its mass - 3 cc's of oil is much larger than a 23g pin. and we know that the oil doesn't do that. rather it gets absorbed into the body by the surrounding vascular tissue. again, this is an educated and i'd like to hear from some of you guys as well. what do you guys think?

I've wondered about the same thing on the healing/scar tissue part of your question. Hope someone answers that.

scar tissue has to do mostly with the gauge of the pin, as opposed to the length. the smaller the gauge, the less the trauma. however, most oils will not go through anything smaller than 25g, escpecially if you're shooting more than 1cc at a time - for example, you may shoot 1cc of test e and use a 25g pin but if you try to shoot 3cc's, it will either take a very long time or just plain get stuck and will not be able to push the plunger no matter how hard you try. i'm sure this has happened to many of us before. now, micronized water-based aas will go nicely through 27g, 28g and sometimes even 29g or 30g. the issue with the length is that you need a pin long enough to get the oil into the muscle so it's not sitting in the subq area, between the muscle and the skin. this can also cause issues. so the idea is to use the smallest gauge you can with a long enough pin to get the oil deep into the muscle. this is a bit wordy but i hope it makes sense to you guys.

i use 23g 1.5" for pecs, glutes and quads. for delts, tris and the occasional calf shots i use 25g 1".

question ,, why are you all using enhancements? did you guys have coaches or just read articles and figure things out for your selves.. If anything this is the proper way getting shown the proper route.. i don't know about this guys. this kid has major issues. he's been anorexic and on hrt since 15!!! again, this is serious shit. we're talking hormonal issues which affect pretty much every aspect of our being - mental, physiological and emotional. i don't' have to tell you that anorexia is a disease, created by the mind and manifested in one's physiology. case in point, this person has gone from 100lbs to 228 and back down to 140lbs. wftf!!!! he needs professional help on many levels, e.g. and endo, a dietician, a psychiatrist, etc.... to juice him up on supraphysiological doses of test, large doses of tren and var is inappropriate, misguided, ill-advised and totally unfair to this person. you may mean well but you're fucking with this person's life. i agree with kyleb and cannot believe the degree of recklessness exhibited by this step-father. not trying to be a dick or argue (and i will not argue because there's not arguing the obvious insanity in this course of action) about this but i would be appauled if anyone actually condones this course of action. unbelievable.....

sorry sliced but i cannot comment on that because i've never personally used it to bulk. i've read about how many guys use it in high doses (800-1000mg/week) along with tren and test for bulking but i've never done that. being such a good anabolic, seems like at such a high dose it would work well.

we have a machine in my gym and it works nicely. i just started going there about 2 months and i can already see the difference in my calves. i use it twice/week.

i've run both and found that proviron was not too useful in terms of etro control whereas masteron, even at 300mg/week, was pretty good at it. i was using 500mg of test with the masteron and had no estro sides at all. winny, from what i understand can be useful to control progesterone related sides that can happen when you use tren and deca. i've used winny with higher and moderate doses of tren and never had any issues of that kind. when i've used higher or moderate doses of tren without winny, i had to use bromo to combat the sides. hope this helps.

Since the last thread about pins went up and you posted amazon i'm making it a point to go that rout next time I'm ready. I use them often for other things. The last thing was a power cord for my sons compaq laptop. Its a few years old but in great shape. Went to Radio Shack and Walmart but all they had was a universal cord and it was $80. Too many times I've been hit by obscene shipping charges and very late delivery. GPZ has gotten my orders out within 2 hours of placing. Maybe that's why chip.
